Hotel is very central and we walked around town everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking a massage it was delightful. Got rid of my knots and would have gotten another massage but we didnt book in advance so we werent able to. Spa area was unexpected little gem. Jacuzzi and a sauna. The only down side to the hotel was the water pressure wasn't great. Makes a lot of strange noises as well. But this doesn't take away from the rest of the positives from the hotel.

This IS the place to stay in El Calafate. The TripAdvisor recommendations were right. Very friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean and well decorated hotel. We had room 307 and the room was spacious, comfortable and more than we needed. Comfy beds and pillows, and on the same floor as the Spa. Daily free breakfast was an added bonus, as the offerings were wonderful, helping us hit the trail fully satisfied. Highly recommend this hotel. Enzo and Aylen at the front desk were particularly helpful. Easy walking distance to anything in Calafate including restaurants, the nature preserve and other activities. We particularly enjoyed the grounds which are well kept and colorful. Benches allow you to enjoy it. The lounge and activity room are also a great bonus, and we often had coffee/tea in the lounge, perhaps playing some billiards in the afternoon. One suggestion: The Spa did not open until 5pm each day, when we prefer to work out in the morning. Plus, there is a great balcony in the spa that overlooks the city, but it is not available until after 5pm. We would respectfully suggestion broadening the hours since after a long day of hiking, many do not want to work out.

Decent hotel and nice staff. They upgraded us before our arrival and we got the suite. Very nice room and well equipped. The building itself is old and rooms are little out dated but overall we had a great experience staying at the hotel. The breakfast was buffet style and was pretty good.

Hermoso hotel, lo conservan muy bien aunque se nota que tiene unos cuantos años. El desayuno es excelente con productos de primera, otro punto a destacar es la sala de juegos. La habitación muy confortable y la ubicación es perfecta a solo unos metros de la calle principal.

We had a suite on the West side of the hotel and it was very warm when we checked in. Had to keep the windows open to cool down. Unfortunately, the dogs started barking at 5 am. Wonderful staff and food. Had an excellent massage after two days of serious hiking. Very convenient to everything. Enos at front desk was very helpful.
