Hotel is very central and we walked around town everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking a massage it was delightful. Got rid of my knots and would have gotten another massage but we didnt book in advance so we werent able to. Spa area was unexpected little gem. Jacuzzi and a sauna. The only down side to the hotel was the water pressure wasn't great. Makes a lot of strange noises as well. But this doesn't take away from the rest of the positives from the hotel.

Working as a tour guide for the Belgian agency ADA- Master Tours- I always stay with the clients of our agency in the Kosten Aiken. Its location is perfect : only at two blocks from the main shopping street and a stone's throw awy from most of the restaurants. Although there is no need to go out eating as the hotel offers excellent meals in its restaurant. We had beef (the lomo) and it was qualified as the best in Argentina ; we had succulent salmon that was highly praised and the selection offerd at breakfast comes straight out of the hotel's own bakery. As to the collaborators they are all, without exception extremely client friendly and one feels welcomed and at home.

El desayuno es bueno, pero fue casi siempre lo mismo los tres dias que estuvimos hospedados. Punto a favor que nos llenaban las botellas con agua. La habitación bastante amplia y ademas muy cómoda con su balcón con vista a la El personal muy amable.

Fuimos tres parejas y quedamos muy sastifechos Impecable todo comodidad, limpieza, desayuno. La comida del restaurante es muy buena lo único para objetar es que tendrían que tener un poco más de variedad Excelente ubicación Empleados muy amables y muy buen recibimiento.

Excelente hotel. Hermosa la habitación y la estética en general. Ofrecen buenos servicios. Personal muy amable. Cerca de todos los comercios y del centro. Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable. Cuenta con cuarto de juegos, gimnasia, spa y servicio de masajes. Desayuno muy completo

La hospitalidad del personal del hotel es única. Viajamos con nuestra beba y estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras necesidades, desde los recepcionistas, hasta el personal de cocina! Adaptaron el menú para que todos podamos comer ahí, y SÚPER RICO! Además el menú es variado, con opciones veganas. Una mención especial a los cuartos que tienen unas camas cómodos unas y que decir de las sábanas, quería llevarme el combo conmigo! Dormimos como nunca! También la cercanía del centro nos sirvió para pasear, comer en otros lugares sin problema, moviéndonos a pie. Gracias Kosten Aike por tan buena atención!
