The wall between rooms is thin, next room people's noice is very loud. The food in hotel's restaurant is bad, breakfast is terrible. Only front desk people are nice, helpful.

Hotel localizado em região maia afastada do centro mas com uma vista muito bonita.Muito charmosa a instalação.Quarto bem confortável, cama boa, boa calefação e chuveiro quentinho com boa vazão. o hotel proporciona van para levar até o centro e busca também nos horários pré-definidos e mediante reserva.Achei o isolamento acústico ruim.Escutava a conversa da família no quarto do lado.Café da manhã razoável mas com um pecado imperdoável pra mim, que sou mineiro e aprecio um bom café: café horrível, muitas vezes frio e que só dá pra tomar misturado no leite.

La verdad una decepción , el cuarto frío . En 2 Ocasiones no pude bañarme x q se había apagado la caldera . No andaba internet. Una pena . Solo estuve 3 noches . Muy mala experiencia .

Muy buen hotel, ubicado frente a la ciudad del Calafate, rodeado de naturaleza y con unas vistas hermosas de Bahía Redonda. Bien atendido por el personal. Quiero destacar la atención de Ayelen quien nos atendió durante las cenas, una persona muy amable y con conocimiento del menú La habitación espaciosa con una cama enorme!! y todos los días realizaban la limpieza, cuidando todos los detalles. Tiene sauna, mini gimnasio, salón de juegos Muy recomendable

A remote location that is not too far from town with an excellent view. Clean room and friendly staff. great breakfast. They let us check out late and keep our bags in one room until we departed which was so kind and accommodating! I would stay here again!

Its location outside the city, overlooking Lago Argentina is a plus. Plenty of space to park the car.
The gravel road to access needs improvement.

Este hotel es una buena opción para quienes viajan en familia con habitaciones espaciosas. Aunque se encuentra un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad. Es importante destacar que el shuttle del aeropuerto no llega directamente al hotel debido a la distancia, pero se puede tomar fácilmente un taxi o transporte privado para llegar. En cuanto a la habitación, aunque no son modernas, resulta suficiente para una estancia sin inconvenientes. El desayuno es pequeño, pero satisface lo necesario. En resumen, es uno de los pocos hoteles grandes que encontramos en El Calafate, ideal para quienes buscan espacio, comodidad y además es pet-friendly, a pesar de la distancia al centro.
