We received great service from all the staff. Sarah and Santiago were very helpful to extend our stay and to assist us also to keep our luggage for a little while. The breakfast was very nice, good variety of fruit and pastries, plus eggs and more.
The location is great, walkable and safe. We found this small hotel accessible and convenient for us to enjoy our first time visiting Buenos Aires.
The rooms are spacious, quiet and good value. We recommend it for those who want to enjoy the city and return at night for a good rest.

Good location, a few blocks from the town center, and helpful staff. Private room was small, very basic, barely any furniture, the furniture was chewed-up and damaged, no hangers or closet, nothing to set your stuff on. Very thin walls, could hear everything the people next door said and did. Very hot, only bearable when turned off the heat and opened the window. A restaurant and possibly a shared kitchen (never saw that) so there are food smells throughout the building.

Im November 2023 war ich für 4 übernachtungen im Folk Suites. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Mein mein Privat-Zimmer, im Erdgeschoß gelegen, sehr gemütlich, das Bett weich und die Naßzelle war sauber und tat ihren Dienst. Und es war sehr ruhig. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren ausgesprochen höflich und hilfsbereit. Die angebotenen Speisen haben mir gut geschmeckt. Auch an der Lage, eine Nebenstrasse der Haupteinkaufsstrasse, gab es nichts zu meckern. Einziges Manko: einmal hatte ich mich in die oberen Etagen zur Gemeinschaftsküche und dem dort angeschlossenen Gemeinschaftsraum "verirrt". Na ja, ich war nur neugierig und wollte mir das ansehen. Die Küchenablage mit der Spüle war voll schmutzigem Geschirr und unaufgeräumt. Die Geschirr- und Küchenschränke für die üblichen Kochutensilien waren so gut wie leer. Ich glaube, als Selbstversorger hätte ich mich ziemlich geärget. Und natürlich sind alle Benutzer*innen dafür verantwortlich, dass sie den Platz nach Benutzung wieder sauber verlassen. Das schien hier nicht der Fall zu sein.

Muy buen Hostel! La habitación sencilla pero completa y en ópitmas condiciones. Excelente ubicación, a un par de cuadras del centro. La atención siempre fue muy buena. Usamos la cocina en el primer piso, muy bien equipada. La sala de estar muy linda y cómoda. Compramos el menú de comida para llevar a la excursión, no fue muy rico, recomendaría comprarlo en otro lado. Tuvimos inconveniente con el traslado, nos lo ofrecieron del hostel, lo contratamos, nos pidieron que en la transferencia incluyamos este monto, después quisieron que cancelemos la transferencia, lo que no se podía. Entonces ellos me lo iban a transferir a mi para que yo pague directamente el traslado pero me descontaban gastos bancarios, lo cual no correspondía ya que ellos fueron los que dijeron que se lo transfiera. Finalmente se encargaron de realizar el pago ellos a la agencia de traslado, que está pegada al Hostel. Fuera de esto último, super lo recomiendo.
