Todo excelente en el hotel tanto el desayuno gourmet,la atención de las chicas y el agua súper calentita para ducharse,muy bien calefaccionado y la cama muy cómodo ,todo limpio. Los contraté a través de Booking y pague en el hotel.Lo único que no había tv en la habitación, igualmente a mi eso no me importaba y cerraban el comedor a las 22 hs,más por si querías calentar agua o cenar ahí.

Limpeza deixou muito a desejar
As meninas do hotel eram bem atenciosas, em especial a Virgínia que nos foi super receptiva e atenciosa, nota 10 a ela! O hotel em geral possui em todos os cômodos aquecedores, deixando-o quentinho. O café da manhã é ok.
O que mais me desagradou foi a limpeza dos quartos, pois havia teias de aranha no canto das janelas e em cima do lustre, além do fato de debaixo da cama possuir acúmulo de poeira em formatos redondos, que demonstra que não havia limpeza embaixo das mesmas durante um considerável tempo, além do vaso sanitário não ser limpo, vez que havia limo ao seu redor.

Mi estadía en el Hotel Ariel fue muy linda. La ubicación es excelente, justo en el centro de El Calafate y a un paso del lago, lo que lo convierte en un punto estratégico para explorar la ciudad. Si bien es un hotel sencillo, se destaca por su comodidad y tranquilidad. Mi habitación era amplia, con una cama grande y extremadamente cómoda. La calefacción funcionaba a la perfección, algo esencial en un destino frío como este. El desayuno bien completo y variado, con opciones que incluían jugos, cereales, postres, budines, frutas, tostadas, dulces y manteca. Todo fresco y muy bien presentado. El personal merece una mención especial. Desde las chicas en recepción hasta las encargadas de las habitaciones y el desayuno, todas super atentas. Se nota que están a cada detalle para que los huéspedes se sientan a gusto. En una ciudad donde los precios suelen ser elevados, encontrar un hotel con tarifas económicas que ofrezca este nivel de atención es para de destacar y recomendar al 100% a cualquiera que esté planeando visitar la ciudad .

It is a small and comfortable hotel in the center of El Calafate. We stayed for 4 days with a group of friends and we felt very comfortable. Very good location two blocks from the center and one from the waterfront that borders Lake Argentino. Impeccable in terms of cleanliness, very comfortable beds and excellent service.

Despite being a guesthouse and not a hotel, it is comfortable, very clean, with a large room and bathroom. Very good service. Well located, next to a market, close to a restaurant and car rental agencies. It is on the main street, 4 blocks from the main restaurants and busiest shops. The only negative point is not having a TV in the room or in the breakfast room.

The hotel now is a B&B, which is fine by me, but it’s very simple is everything. The attendance is very poor, I required to them twice to take off the garbage from the toilet, since they don’t provide a garbage at the room and in any place of the hotel, and they didn’t. I tried to call them through WhatsApp, which they say at the check in, to call them, but nobody answered either. The breakfast is with no options, and no fruits. One of the ladies that work there is confusing, there was a confusing happening with 3 couples that arrived and she couldn’t find their reservation. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The location couldn't be better, very close to everything, almost in the center. Comfortable bed and excellent Wi-Fi. Simple but useful breakfast. But unfortunately the cleaning left a lot to be desired. During the 7 days we stayed, no one cleaned the room, even though I personally asked twice, which I found to be total negligence.
