Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Only negative was the people in room next to us that were smoking skunk **** all night. Came thru vents and we felt like we had a contact high. We had asked for non smoking.
Mexican restaurant was good. Had nice bartenders and great shrimp cocktail. Very open and airy.

I didn't know the location of San Diego, so I checked the price and stayed. It's far and remote, but I'm satisfied with the good environment and facilities while staying in the city.
It was nice with a lot to see and do, and the facilities are excellent

Love going out there to Sycuan every one is so friendly specially the Server on the floor his name is Alex. He is one of the best Server he has great customer service so attentive, Friendly, Smile all the time I would give this guy 10 stars. Overall great experience

BED BUGS + NO HELP I stayed at this property and found bed bugs during my visit. I reported it immediately, and the way staff handled it was honestly shocking -- completely dismissive, no urgency, no real help, and no apology. Not even a refund was offered. I was left feeling uncomfortable, ignored, and frustrated. This wasn't just a small issue -- it was a serious hygiene and customer service failure. I expected so much better. If you care about cleanliness and being treated with basic respect, I'd stay far away from this place. Bed bugs are bad enough -- being met with indifference makes it so much worse.

I want to say thank you to the bell team MAGID he is very respectful always helpful and always greets me when I come. I am there quite often, but I couldn’t ask for a better person than MAGID. I did not stay in a room and I would not change nothing how he treats people very respectful again.

This is our favorite resort ****** in San Diego. We are Native American and they treat us very well here. We travel 3-4 times every month all over the country. But no matter where we go we can’t wait to be close to home so we can stay here. The food and amenities are excellent, the spa and gym are amazing. The pool area is very nice.

Sycuan is a great place to visit to get away. My husband and I come here for the non smoking section. Since the players desk is far from here staff walking the floor are always very helpful when asked to assist with getting a new card at my machine. Shoutout to your ambassador team!

Our family stayed here for the graduation weekend of San Diego State. Rooms were quite spacious and there's an excellent choice of restaurants. This would be a great place to stay for gamblers but was quite far to make an 8:00 graduation ceremony and the one lane each way was closed due to an accident making us late to the graduation. That being said, there's probably no reason to stay here other than to gamble as there is nothing close by. They were quite generous with the water bottles but did miss a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The pools looked very nice. There was no automatic daily room service but when I asked for towels, got them instantly. Staff was friendly in every department we encountered. Each late afternoon into the evening they had extremely loud music that was annoying to us but many people seemed to come to enjoy the music. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Overall a nice experience.
