We kindly request that all pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor activities end by 9:30 PM to ensure the comfort of our neighbors. GUESTS WHO WISH TO HAVE THE POOL AND SPA HEATED DURING THEIR STAY CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AHEAD OF TIME TO DO SO. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $100 FOR THE POOL, $75 FOR THE SPA PER DAY CHARGE. IF YOU CHOOSE TO GET BOTH HEATED,POOL AND SPA,IT WILL BE $150 PER DAY. POOL SLIDE OUT OF SERVICE. The pool and spa heater is remotely operated on a smart device by the host. the pool will be heated to 82 degrees Fahrenheit. Note that it can take up to 10-15 HOURS to heat the pool to 82 degrees, especially if it is cold outside. Fees must be paid before heating can commence. POOL SLIDE OUT OF SERVICE!! POOL, Jacuzzi, AND A OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES ARE TO END BY 9:30 PM NOT NEGOTIABLE! VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME. No unregistered guests on the property.
