Soy una ex trabajadora del RV hotel Atmetllamar, del sector de animación. En primer lugar decir que las habitaciones de los trabajadores daban pena, llenas de moho y de humedad en condiciones insalubres. En segundo lugar hablo del equipo de animación, muy mala gestión y aprovechamiento por parte de los empleados y de la gente que tiene una ilusión. Te dicen que en tu rato libre puedes hacer lo que quieras y luego a la que te bebes una cerveza te juzgan. Hablaré de mi caso, al salir del primer turno del mediodía fui a tomarme una cerveza, 4 horas de por medio antes de la actuación de la noche. Me bebí una cerveza a las dos de la tarde, y hasta las 10 de la noche ( que empecé a trabajar de nuevo ) tiene el valor el jefe de animación de decir que olía a alcohol. Seguramente él mismo no se ha olido el olor a sudor que desprende, si eres una persona que de normal suda lo más típico es darte más de una ducha al día, pero va el y juzga que yo huela a alcohol. Evidentemente fue una excusa para echarme del hotel de manera que pareciera que la culpa fuera mía. Además se atreva a decir que no valgo para ser animadora y que encajaría mejor en una de sus casas de colonias. Sinceramente con la política que tiene esta entidad de animación, Rosa Dels Vents, no volvería a trabajar para ellos nunca más ya que no valoraron ni un poco el esfuerzo que hice por llegar hasta allí y ofrecer mi experiencia, herramientas y las ganas de pasarlo bien que es la base de un buen animador. De mis compañeras, la pelirroja me trató de una manera bastante prepotente y la otra chica rubia al final resultó ser la más maja y la más buena animadora. De la otra parte del equipo no puedo hablar porque no llega a conocerlos, de hecho a día de hoy sigo creyendo que me usaron la semana para cubrir antes de que llegaran los demás animadores, se aprovecharon y se rieron de mí y jugaron con mi ilusión y mis ganas de formar parte de su equipo. Por último y para acabar de rematar la situación, se cayó una una pica de las de las manos del baño del spa, casi se le rompe en el pie a una señora mayor y además lo que te dicen que digas a los clientes es que hubo inundaciones y no han podido arreglarlo, muy penoso y 0 recomendable.

My recent stay at the RV Hotel Ametlla Mar was, unfortunately, a huge disappointment. What must have once been an attractive and aspirational hotel now presents itself as a "want-to-be-able" hotel that has failed to adapt to today's standards. The category it boasts is clearly above the experience it offers. The rooms leave much to be desired: dirty, with outdated furniture that seems straight from a time that no longer inspires nostalgia but abandonment. The bathrooms, in a lamentable state of repair, lack the minimal care one would expect even in lower-category establishments. The buffet is no exception to the general tone: limited variety and quality bordering on mediocre. Special mention (and not in a good way) for the breakfast juices: artificially colored water would be a more accurate description than "juice." In the common and outdoor areas, the experience is marred by a veritable plague of mosquitoes, ruining any attempt to enjoy the outdoors. It's surprising that no serious intervention has been made in this regard, as it is an easily treatable problem. However, it's not all negative. The outdoor pool is undoubtedly the hotel's strongest point, spacious and pleasant. And I can't help but praise the friendly, approachable, and helpful staff, who strive to create a welcoming atmosphere and offer activities for both adults and children. They are, without a doubt, the hotel's greatest asset today. The frustrating thing is that improvement isn't that far off. With a moderate investment in renovation and maintenance, this place could regain its former level and live up to the expectations generated by its status. In short, the hotel urgently needs renovation and an honest look at what it offers today. It's not enough to live off the name or past facilities: today's tourism demands real quality, not just promises.
