The hotel is on the side of the road outside Reus, with a parking yard and a great traditional restaurant next to it. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the bath water is good, and the breakfast is not too varied. It’s about 15 minutes’ drive from Tarragona and I watched a wonderful football match on the weekend⚽

Fantastic Hotel,can't fault it,in a great position I stayed here on my own for one night on Sunday 15th September 2024,large free car park,Hotel is next to main road in a quiet location,only 1.4 miles from Reus Airport and just 15 minutes walk up the road into Reus centre.Friendly quick check in,only 3 floors,large comfy ultra clean rooms,huge bed,tv,fridge with two bottles of complimentary water,large bathroom with big walk in shower,sink,wc and bidet,spotlessly clean.My stay included free buffet breakfast which was great.Check out 11am.left my baggage here while I strolled into town.Great Hotel,will definitely stay again when in area.

Desde luego, no es lo que se espera de un cuatro estrellas, pero en particular y lo verdaderamente preocupante, es la actitud, intolerable, del recepcionista/camarero (cubría ambas funciones) con el que coincidimos en nuestra estancia, incapaz de desempeñar su trabajo con la seriedad que se supone que debe tener un empleado de cara al público. Un tipo lo suficientemente irrespetuoso como para dejar la imagen de la empresa por los suelos, y que se descarte, ipso facto, este alojamiento para las siguientes ocasiones que visitemos la zona. En definitiva, si buscas un trato digno y un servicio profesional, a la altura de lo que se espera de un hotel de estas características, cualquier otra opción será mejor, aunque el precio sea más elevado. Es la primera reseña que hago en muchísimos años, y en un principio, iba a dejarlo pasar, pero tras pensarlo bien y leer otras opiniones que coinciden y señalan el mismo problema, si estas líneas sirven para que otras personas eviten un mal rato debido a la mala praxis del personal de este hotel, de algo habrá servido.

Excellent stay The front desk helper Amina was super helpful. The check in was smooth and The hotel is beautiful clean Room is spacious and fully equipped.. Will definitely come back There is onsite breakfast and a nice restaurant. Parking is free and available.

Hôtel plutôt sympa même si un peu retiré. Parking facile. Par contre, il y aurait vraiment besoin d'un gros rafraichissement, nous avons du changer 2 fois de chambre car la climatisation ne marchait pas. La literie était excellente. Le petit déjeuner était très moyen mais par contre le restaurant de l'hôtel était très bon pour un prix très correct.
