Fantástico camping en el muy bonito pueblo de Prades. Difícil mencionar lo mejor ya que todo fue perfecto. La atención en recepción fue profesional y muy agradable. Los bungalows muy limpios y perfectamente dotados, la atención en el restaurante igualmente buenísima, por cierto, muy recomendable coger la opción de desayuno en el mismo y finalmente el fantástico Spa, limpísimo, moderno, cuidado y además con techo retráctil para poder ver las estrellas. Lo único negativo que puedo mencionar es la pena que da cuando te tienes que marchar después de haber disfrutado tanto. Muchas gracias a todo el personal

El camping es muy acogedor y familiar, hemos estado en una casa de madera roja y esta bien, los colchones muy cómodos y el interior está bien aunque el sofá es muy incómodo, la mesa ocupa mucho espacio y en el exterior terraza falta algo de luz ya que de noche no se ve. La piscina es muy chula y tranquila y la animación para los niños está bien, en nuestra zona había muchos gatos.

Decepcionado. Todo lo bueno que tiene tirado abajo por la ratería de quedarse 10€. 6 personas, almorzamos, cenamos, compramos en el minimarket, compranos el SPA, gastamos en la zona de ocio.... y todo al traste por no ser capaces de tener empatía con el cliente. Han ganado 10€, han perdido una familia. No volveremos. No me valen las sonrisas que no se acompañan de gestos.

Esta es una reseña para el restaurante. Hace unos 3 anos habíamos estado y todo fue genial, platos abundantes y servicio excelente. En esta ocasión ( creo que han cambiado de propietarios) nos hemos quedado muy decepcionados. El trato del personal fue correcto, pero el servicio lamentable, para una simple ensalada para compartir tardaron más de 45 min y para los segundos más de 1 hora. El restaurante no estaba al completo como para esa demora. Los platos tampoco eran lo que antaño eran. Sin duda , NO recomiendo este establecimiento.

Piscina, ubicacion, ambiente, para mi todo de 9'5. Pero para nosotros fallo la animacion infantil. Esta opinion esta en funcion de las actividades que asistimos. Hay que dejqr claro las edades para cada actividad y como funciona. Si vas a hacer ping pong y simplemente vigilas, y no enseñas, hay q decirlo con anterioridad. Si las manualidades empiezan a las 11:00, pero acabs empezando a las 11:35, argumentando q estas sola y por eso no lo tienes oreparado, no me oarexe aceptable. Su un niñonde 3 años, hace lonq puede, con el objetivo de pasarlo bien, nunca te puedes mostrar publicamante insatisfecho con el. (Ni con el ni con ningun niño) Pero no es oroblema del grupo de animacion, ed oroblema de direccion para reutilizar el grupo para todo, y no llegan bien a todo.. Esta es la percepcion como cliente

Mi experiencia fue pésima. Desde el inicio, Mireia nos trató de manera desagradable, las cabañas estaban en pésimas condiciones y nos acusaron injustamente de daños preexistentes. Otra empleada, alta, piel clara, cabello oscuro y ondulado fue muy maleducada en todo momento. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie."

Imposible disfrutar de la piscina cuando de golpe llegan 30 o 40 niños que estan de campamento y se ponen a saltar en la piscina encima tuyo sin que nadie les diga nada. Conclusion: tienes que salir de la piscina

Ha sido una mala experiencia respecto a las comodidades e higiene del alojamiento. Moscas muertas en el techo, ducha y puerta con problemas, no hay aire acondicionado y muchas moscas. En el restaurante la comida muy buena, super recomendable pero la atención al cliente deficiente. El personal de recepción, del bar y del super amables y la animación adecuada para los niños.Recomendaria más variedad de productos en el super y mejor atención al cliente e higiene en los bungalows Menaje de cocina escaso en comparación con otros campings El campo de fútbol maravillosa entretencion para los niños.
