Estuve alojada junto con mis 2 hijos del día 8 al 11 de Julio , nada más llegar el trato y la disposición del personal fue excelente, primer día disfrutamos de las instalaciones del hotel quiero resaltar que mis hijos tienen 10 y 15 años y se propusieron dar uso de todo, y el hotel en todo momento le facilitó tanto raquetas de pádel,como pelota de fútbol y por supuesto los mandos de la Play 5 y el acceso a la zona gaming de la que disfrutaron a sus anchas, con la suerte que mientras yo pude disfrutar de la terraza ,la piscina y el chiringuito con todas las comodidades. También quiere resaltar la implicación absoluta en cualquier departamento por parte del director, Jan, y la cercanía con todos los clientes para cualquier necesidad. Siempre se pueden ver cositas que mejorar pero hay que recordar que es un hotel de tres estrellas y yo prefiero convertir todo en experiencias positivas.

Rooms were clean and welcoming. BUT food in restaurant was unedible, they had loud horrible music on, the food served had nothing to do with the actual served food! It was obviously pre packed food badly cooked dry chicken drowning in bad quality oil, French fries were from frozen packaged fried with bad quality oil. When presenting a complain to the administrator her behavior was rude, patronizing and without aknowledging our perspective she disappeared without apologizing for the bad service.

He estado con mi pareja del 23 al 30 de Enero 2025 con el Imserso. Justo el 22 de Enero había leído reseñas negativas y, para rematar, el mismo 23 antes, de partir salió en tv grupo Imserso muy enfadado y decepcionado. Por suerte para nosotros, justo un par de días antes, habían cambiado la empresa que gestionaba la restauración (punto principal de enfado/decepción) y la experiencia en su conjunto ha sido muy positiva, alineada a expectativas de un Hotel de 3 estrellas. Valoración global 7,5 sobre 10. HOSTELERÍA: habitación espaciosa e iluminada, cama grande y cómoda. tv correcta aunque la 1 fallaba a veces. Cuarto baño amplio y con bidet (mi esposa valora que haya) y con bañera. Si bien hay elemento de sujeción para ayudar al entrar sugerimos en recepción que pusieran pegatinas antideslizamiento para mejorar la seguridad. Agradecieron comentario y tomaron nota. Limpieza correcta Hall entrada amplio e luminoso. Personal muy atento, tanto en Hostelería como en Restauración. Había leído en reseñas lo de 18 peldaños para subir al Comedor. Totalmente cierto, si bien no se aludía a que las escaleras disponen de elevador adaptado para personas con limitaciones. Gran Aparcamiento. Envidiables vistas desde El Comedor y Sala Actividades. Fantásticas. Muy relajante. RESTAURACIÓN. Comida en general correcta en Calidad y Cantidad, alineada a expectativas. Se notaba que llevaban pocos días y se estaban adaptando a volúmenes pero, en general, si se acababa algo rápidamente improvisaban reposición, y para bien. Variedad vinos y calidad correcta. Personal muy atento y empático. También se aludía en reseñas a lo alejado de la población y peligro de caminar por el Arcén. Ciertamente hay que caminar un poco, no necesariamente un problema al ser todo muy plano. Respecto al arcén hay algún punto estrecho, aunque excepcional. Carretera muy transitada, eso sí, mejor, quizá, ir en coche, o en bus. Para repetir. Ayuda mucho a ello Cambrils, una delicia pasear por sus infinitas playas.

Mis padres fueron a este hotel con el incerso,y vinieron decepcionados. Hotel situado en carretera, mala limpieza de las habitaciones ,la comida malisima de cocinado era incomible ypoca variación ,la ensalada era lo único q se podía comer y algo de fruta. Animación nada ,una tele que les dejaron para poner musica.Los camareros muy amables ,la habitacion muy bonita y amplia pero lo q ofrece el hotel no lo recomiendo.
