"The advantage is that it is cheap. There are not many hotels within 1k in Palma. The hygiene is not good. There are small flying insects in the bathroom. I dare not cover the hotel quilt because other people's hair is found in it. The air conditioning in the room is not very good but it is enough. It seems that there are more black people in the area. Just a few steps away is a small beach and quite close to the airport."

"Everything was great rooms are always clean and tidy. The only problem we had in the shower that we couldn’t able to use the shampoo because the machine or the tool whatever they call it it wasn’t working properly and we had to wash ourselves with hand wash liquid . But on another day we went to shopping and we bought the cheapest hair and body shampoo and we use that it was simple solution for us. "

"Breakfast was very varied, fresh and delicious. There was even salmon on Sundays.
The rooms were also clean and tidy. The towels were even changed, although you didn't ask them to (by putting them on the floor), which they also indicate on a sign on the table (for the sake of the environment).
The location to Ballermann is of course not so good, it's a long walk and the hotel is ”uphill”.
What really bothered us about the ”service” was that the security simply came into the room in the middle of the day. We were in the bathroom, lightly dressed, and he was walking around the room with the door wide open and then we looked and asked him to come out and pushed the door shut, he refused and held it with a lot of force. We weren't given a reason why he was in there. We complained to reception but they just accepted it and wanted to make a note of it. They didn't even meet your needs or anything. A really cheeky move. 😐
Otherwise you can't complain. There is always a lifeguard at the pool and it is also a nice pool area."

"Is seemed to be a good value for money. You have general cleanliness, relative closeness to the beach, decent selection of food, nice personnel.
Fantastic view from the rooftop bar.
The way from the beach back to the hotel is upwards with a staircase involved, so might not suit everyone.
The food is tasty, the amount of alcohol allowed (3 glasses of wine or beer at lunch and dinner) is enough.
Would recommend this hotel."

GGuest UserNice experience! Unfortunately there was no air conditioning present but this came because the temperature was not so high. Service was top and very friendly. The swimming pool on the skydeck is also very beautiful but unfortunately you cannot take your own drinks. Breakfast was fine

NNo_return_dateThis place is a party hotel, and if you are put in a room next to the rooftop bar, you’ll get no peace until very early in the morning when they shut the music off. Additionally, I had an issue with the lock on my door. I waited for them to send someone up to fix it, but after a while I gave up Because I wasn’t waiting at the door the repair man didn’t fix the door so when I finally came back, the door still wasn’t fixed this wasted hours of my day. The location of this hotel is really good essentially right on the beach, but there are a lot of other drawbacks that make this place, not ideal

GGuest UserI was very friendly received at my arrival and the staff were always helpful and premature during my stay. The room was very clean and clean, but the establishment has come somewhat in the years – a renovation or at least the exchange of individual furniture would be desirable. The electricity supply worked only after a few trials reliable. Unfortunately, I could not take the dinner and morning meals, but in the morning, alternatives were friendly offered. A pleasant stay with a small improvement potential

WWwtknoyb itsjustmeIf one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi.
10 minutes stroll to the beach.
Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma.
The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.

LLucysonI chose this hotel as my accommodation for my trip to Mallorca.
The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. The elevator was convenient because it worked quickly without having to wait!
One thing that was disappointing was that water and an electric kettle were not provided.
However, it is close enough to the airport by bus or taxi, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, so it is a good hotel geographically.
The swimming pool is not big, but it is free to use, which was nice :)

CCarolOnly three-in-one foam can be used for bathing and washing hair. The sound insulation is not good and the air conditioner cannot be turned on. Everything else is good. The location is excellent. It is very close to the beach or the meeting point of the travel agency. The counter service is good.
