Breakfast was very varied, fresh and delicious. There was even salmon on Sundays.
The rooms were also clean and tidy. The towels were even changed, although you didn't ask them to (by putting them on the floor), which they also indicate on a sign on the table (for the sake of the environment).
The location to Ballermann is of course not so good, it's a long walk and the hotel is "uphill".
What really bothered us about the "service" was that the security simply came into the room in the middle of the day. We were in the bathroom, lightly dressed, and he was walking around the room with the door wide open and then we looked and asked him to come out and pushed the door shut, he refused and held it with a lot of force. We weren't given a reason why he was in there. We complained to reception but they just accepted it and wanted to make a note of it. They didn't even meet your needs or anything. A really cheeky move. 😐
Otherwise you can't complain. There is always a lifeguard at the pool and it is also a nice pool area.

Chambre agréable mais mal insonorisée, on entend les personnes qui passent et parles fort dans les couloirs la nuit. Marque qu’il y a un parking disponible mais lors de notre arrivée il n’y en a pas…. Demande à l’accueil seulement 2 places de parking (10€/jour)

Hotelli on loistavalla sijainnilla. 5 minuutin kävelyn päässä rantakatu ja ruokalauppoja ja ravintoloita sekä ranta. Alue on saksalaisten porukoiden suosima. Osa heistä on todella kovaäänisiä, eikä huone ollut lainkaan äänieristetty, vaikka semmoisen huoneen varasin. Onneksemme meillä ei ollut naapureita ennen viimeistä yötä, mutta kadulta tai terasseilta (vaikka 6.krs) sekä hotellin muilta käytäviltä kuului metelöintiä. Huone oli erittäin siisti ja vuode oli hyvä! Kiva, suojaisa allasalue, jossa myös lasten allas.

Hotel looked nothing like on the pictures. Rooms are not clean properly, we have arrived late on Friday night and in the morning we have find dirty sock which wasn’t ours, floors are not clean. On the third day we want our room cleaned, so we left to have fun in the city, when we come back our airport was stolen from the bags which we put in cupboards. We have informed front desk about that incident, but they told us that they aren’t able to do anything, and let the person get away with stealing items from customers. They offer us a 3 free drinks as the recompense, which is really stupid.
