Perfect location close to everything – bus stops and just a few minutes from Palma city center. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby.
The rooms are quiet and beautiful, with a lovely corner sea view.
The pool is small but very relaxing.
The staff is extremely kind and truly friendly, and the breakfast is also very good.
I would highly recommend it!

The advantage is that it is cheap. There are not many hotels within 1k in Palma. The hygiene is not good. There are small flying insects in the bathroom. I dare not cover the hotel quilt because other people's hair is found in it. The air conditioning in the room is not very good but it is enough. It seems that there are more black people in the area. Just a few steps away is a small beach and quite close to the airport.

Hotel Gracia, een echt familiehotel. Toplocatie, pal aan zee en strand maar toch in een rustig straatje. Eigenaars en personeel: heel behulpzaam. Via hen hebben we makkelijk een auto en een bootje gehuurd. Kamers zijn eenvoudig maar kraaknet. Ontbijt voldoende uitgebreid en verzorgd. Wij komen zeker terug.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell hotel Gracia per 4 notti. Stanza accogliete e pulita, erogatore dello shampoo e del bagno schiuma sempre piena. Bella la vista mare dal balcone anche se parziale. La colazione super abbondante, soprattutto per il salato, i dolciumi cambiavano ogni giorno. Erogatore dell acqua sempre aperto. La posizione ottima! A 1 minuto a piedi dalla favolosa spiaggia sabbiosa di El Arenal e vicino a tutti i servizi necessari per soggiornare in maniera positiva. Il tutto contornato dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità del personale che si è preso cura di noi e di ogni richiesta fatta anche all ultimo momento. Grazie ad Agostina a Cinzia e ad Andrea che parlando la nostra lingua "l italiano" ci hanno dato consigli e suggerimenti su dove mangiare o come spostarsi da un posto all altro. Ci rivedremo sicuramente. La nostra esperienza è stata ottima! Consiglio vivamente
