I chose this hotel as my accommodation for my trip to Mallorca.
The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. The elevator was convenient because it worked quickly without having to wait!
One thing that was disappointing was that water and an electric kettle were not provided.
However, it is close enough to the airport by bus or taxi, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, so it is a good hotel geographically.
The swimming pool is not big, but it is free to use, which was nice :)

Prêt d'une très belle plage.
L'autobus pour aller et revenir de Palma est à quelques pas de l'hôtel.
Variété de la nourriture offerte.
Par contre, mieux renseigner la clientèle sur les excursions possibles. Mettre des pamphlets dans un présentoire n'est pas suffisant.
Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées; on entend les voisins parler.

Great stay!
The town is amazing, the hotel was very clean and all the staff very very nice.
On the night we checked in we had a great conversation with the receptionist who had lived in Birmingham for a while so had mastered English and the accent😂
Only minor criticism was the air handling unit in our room didn’t work (weather was manageable so didn’t cause an issue, and the shower temperature was very hot and cold!!)

Hôtel 2 étoiles, pas 4.
En ce qui concerne le personnel et le service, rien à redire. En revanche la qualité des chambres ne correspond pas aux 4 étoiles. Nous dormons au rythme de nos voisins. Comme si ils étaient dans votre chambre ! On pouvait suivre les discussions. Les lits sont assez confortables mais pas de double lits. Pas de couette, seulement un drap et une couverture … pas confortable du tout. Chambre vieillotte mais le pire reste le bruit .. !
4 étoiles c’est un peu beaucoup, peut être 2 ! Le spa est sympa mais en supplément.
Propreté = ok !
Les boissons sont toutes en suppléments lors des repas ( même en demi pension) l’eau aussi !
Emplacement top ! Proche aéroport, Palma et plages.
