Estamos en estancia con el IMSERSO. El hotel es muy bueno, muy nuevo, buena comida, mucha limpieza, todo el personal muy eficiente y amable, tanto camarer@s como recepción y personal de habitaciones, también destacar el animador nocturno, buen profesional. Lo recomiendo!

La habitación pequeña parecía una jaula de pájaros .!! No se puede regular la calefacción en la habitación! No se han cambiado las sábanas de la habitación no las toallas en tres días porque estaba un cliente enfermo pero ni siquiera se interesaban en dejar sábanas limpias, la comida malísima pésima calidad no hay variedad de fruta en general horrible, se negaron en el comedor un trabajador cocinero de la a dar me un plato de comida para esta persona que estaba enferma en la habitación que no pudo bajar en 4 días a hacer ningún tipo de comida.me parece tanto la falta de empatía con las personas del IMSERSO!!!! Al hotel le sobran estrellas !! Creo que un hostal tiene más categoría.

Segundo viaje con Imserso, valoracion general 9, destacable el trabajo de limpieza que roza la excelencia, todo el personal amable y profesional, por poner algun pero, las habitaciones son un poco justitas en tamaño, pero esto es dificil de solucionar. Desde mi punto de vista, hotel recomendable.

Estoy viendo los comentarios de distintos clientes que se han hospedado este hotel, y estoy de acuerdo en que las habitaciones son pequeñas, la la temperatura es altísima, el primer día después de intentar bajar la temperatura y no poder conseguirlo baje recepción y la persona que estaba me contestó que abriera la ventana, me gustaría saber cuales son los 17 diferentes de platos calientes, en el tiempo que estuvimos alojados no he visto tal cantidad, lo unico bueno de este hotel el personal, que aunque es muy escaso se esfuerzo en hacerte la estancia lo mas agrable posible, Respecto a la comida es de mala calidad y peor cocinada, para disimular su mala calidad casi toda ella es elaborada con muchas salsas. La calidad deja mucho que desear.

Estancia a traves del Inserso en Enero de 2025. Hotel con sus instalaciones normalitas, quizás le sobre alguna estrella. Comida bien, variada y aceptable pero sin grandes alardes; habitación de dimensiones muy pequeñas. A destacar y de una manera negativa, es que durante nuestra estancia, tanto en el comedor como en la cafetería y al no haber calefacción, pasamos un frio horrible, lo que trajo consigo el llegar resfriados a nuestro destino. Reiteradamente se informó sobre esta situación en recepción, pero no hicieron caso a las multiples quejas presentadas por este motivo. En fin, lamentable.

Hotel de dos estrellas , como mucho. Habitaciones pequeñas. Muy justitas para dos personas. En cuanto a la comida, hemos tenido que comer por nuestra cuenta algunos días. Desayuno malísimo. Al igual que la comida y la cena. Mal cocinado. Ensalada de patata, con la patata congelada. Nunca habia "comido" tan mal en un hotel. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Un desastre. No volveré . Recomiendo llevar el papel higiénico... lo racionan. De 0 a 10 un 4 .

Viaje con Imserso. Es el octavo hotel que visito con Imserso y con diferencia el peor de todos. La comida es de poca variedad y muy baja calidad. En la comida o en la cena,de fruta fresca, solo habia melon o piña y no juntos, sinó que al mediodia solo piña y a la noche solo melon. En cuanto a la plancha, en un servicio hay carne? Y en el otro pescado?. Irreconocibles los dos. La ultima noche el animador nos intento convèncer a todos los presentés en el salon del bar de que hicieramos en Google una valoracionde 5 estrellas. Decia que con lo que les pagaba el Imserso que nos iban a dar, reconociendo así la nefasta calidad de la comida. Todos los hoteles reciben el mismo dinero por plaza. Y como he dicho antes, este es el peor hotel del Imserso que he visitado.
