I had a lovely stay at Fenix Hotel in Mallorca. The whole experience was very good, but what stood out most were the staff. Yerhenii at reception was so welcoming and helpful, and Yanna in the café was always friendly and attentive. They really made my stay special. Thank you both!

We stayed at the hotel from Friday to Monday. The pillows smelled very unpleasant, as did the bathroom. The hotel definitely doesn't deserve its four stars. The breakfast is run-of-the-mill... and the beds are a complete disaster! And the pool is also a total disaster!
