Each morning our buffet breakfast at the El Patron Restaurant was spectacular. Great food and view looking over the beach front. Emmanuel, Jose Luis, Diego were top notch team members providing fantastic service and attention to our needs, well done!

Every time that we go to Villa del Acro our friend and waiter Gilder Agilar makes our vacation that much better. He is very good at his job and a pleasure to talk to when we are on the Beach or at the Pool. We look forward to seeing him every time we are there. Thank You Gilder!

This resort is not a good option for families, or anyone for that matter. The resort room assignment is terrible. Traveled with a family of 10 and they would not assign us rooms together, not even on the same floor. The front desk personnel and concierge's are rude and ineffective. The resort food, beverages and Palmita Market are extremely expensive. The pool is not family friendly. The water in all 3 pools was cold, the kids were not allowed to play with foam pool balls they brought, and we were chastised for bring food from our room to our young kids. This was after we spent over $3000 dollars at the resort for food and beverages. The rooms are in need of repair. Appliances are broke, faucets do not work and the entire resort was without water for 2 days. I could go on, but after being a member for over 20 years this was by far the worst experience we have had. Go somewhere else to enjoy the beauty of Mexico and it's friendly people!

We were here for our son's wedding, and our experience was wonderful! We especially want to thank our staff at El Patron: Elizabeth, Carmen, Nayelli, and Sulem who made our breakfasts super special with excellent service and attention to us with exceptional personal attention. Gloria was always there to greet us with a friendly, beautiful smile and gracious willingness to seat us where it best suited us. These wonderful individuals made our visit memorable and extra special! We looked forward to breakfast because of them, and we appreciated the variety of breakfast foods served buffet style. Our accommodations were spacious, impeccably clean, and stocked with beverages and a few snacks to get us started for a wonderful week. Our daily maid service brought us wonderful ladies who were respectful, kind, and gracious, and went out of their way to work around our crazy schedule. We enjoyed the many venues for dining and the lovely site on the beach. The trolley To Villa del Palmar and the Marketplace was very helpful and fun to ride, with a friendly driver who made the experience that much better. We dined at El Patron, Neptune, Taco Bar (Carlos made our experience great!), and El Buccanero at Villa del Arcos, and at Villa del Palmar we enjoyed the Sports Bar and Bella California, which overlooks a gorgeous beach. All restaurants had excellent food and good choices. Having been to Cabo San Lucas many times over the years, this resort was a wonderful spot to spend the week. The all-inclusive plan made dining and beverages easy, and the front desk staff and bellhops were very helpful, friendly, and polite, and they made our experience easy and pleasant. Overall, a great time at Villa del Arcos!

Excellent vacation! Food was amazing! Staff was beyond awesome! Our pool side waiter, Eduardo, provided the BEST service! Fernanda at the Kid’s Club was amazing! My 4 year old son loved going to the kid’s club and seeing her every day! All around an excellent hotel with excellent staff!!!
