This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Egypt, bar none. Every detail of the hotel is an industry benchmark. When traveling to the Middle East in the future, Adress is my first choice. The staff here are well trained and the service is very good. I had dinner at the restaurant twice, and the tomato soup and dessert left a good impression on me. The sunset in the lobby is beautiful. After leaving the hotel, you can go to the Mediterranean beach, which is a fifteen-minute walk. The breakfast is good, although there are not many varieties, it is more exquisite. Overall very satisfied. The hotel has a parking lot.

I had a great stay but dissapointed when I feel ripped off… I never write a review but felt I needed to make a comment… I accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person not 2.
The hotel states the extra charge fee was 1500 Egyptian pounds but if you book 2 people online and through this website, it’s half that cost….. the excuse the front desk staff member used was that we had to seperate the beds. For a 5 star hotel, that wasn’t an impressive comment. Having come previously from the st Regis hotel, this hotel just lost my repeat purchase. This was more the principal of the matter. Now he also charged me accidentally 1500 usd abs then had to refund that amount - you would really think out of that mistake alone, the front desk attendant would have used initiative to say I’ll drop that fee.

Since I came in this hotel like everything was very nice and clean even the workers are very nice and helpful.And also the best place you can eat in is melts & mains me and my dad we tried the Caesar salad it’s super delicious nice and it was very clean and if you have kids they can come inside melts & mains and adults too. But last year their was activity and fun but in this year in this hotel their wasn’t much fun and activity.And the hotel room is really nice and clean even the housekeeping they clean the rooms very clean. But the only thing that really didn’t like it was about that one time I was going to the bar beside the pool I told the one of the staff are you open or closed then he told me that he open i told him ok so can I have one smoothie blueberry? Then he told me ok and then he came back he told me actually I’m closed he told to go to the place where it’s called links and I go and I told them I need one smoothie blueberry he told to go to the place where is beside the pool i told the guy told me that is closed so then he told me to wait I think he got their manager and the told me like sorry because he was lying and at the end they got the smoothie blueberry and told them thank you and at the end I saw the guy beside the at the bar l saw him doing drinks i want to why is he lying thanks to manger khattab and Rahma and khaled Really thank you am very happy for this team ✌️😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
