The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. "The stay exceeded my expectations! The room is elegantly designed and in a great location. 🌆 The mattress was just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas and plenty of hot water. The front desk lady was incredibly attentive. When I contacted her about any issues, she proactively contacted me and addressed them immediately, correcting any errors I had made in my reservation. I felt the warmth of Alashan right from the start of my trip, and the enthusiasm and attentiveness of the front desk lady. It was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here next time! Highly recommended to everyone!"

The service was very poor. I was stuck in traffic after booking in Xinjiang and couldn't continue my trip. I made a reservation at 9:22 and called to communicate immediately at 9:35. After communicating for an entire night, no reasonable solution was given. I didn't go to the hotel for hygiene, so I can't comment on it, but the service was absolutely terrible. Everyone should avoid this hotel.
