sehr schönes nettes Haus mit guter Verpflegung und angenehmen kleinen Spa Bereich Das Jufa liegt direkt an der den ausgedehnten Langlaufloipen der Eisenerzer Ramsau. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ideal für Familien mit Kleinkinder, ein sehr gut eingerichteter Indoor- Spielbereich ist vorhanden.

Obwohl 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind gebucht und bestätigt waren, wusste die Rezeption nur von 2 Erwachsenen. Sehr gut wurde reagiert und das passende Zimmer übergeben. Super.. die Fehlbuchung kreide ich der Buchungsplattform ******* an.

Wir haben uns schon sehr auf den Turnsaal gefreut. Beim Einchecken haben wir dann gleich erfahren, dass wir Ihn nur benutzen dürfen wenn wir ihn für 25€/Stunde buchen. Sehr schade, zum Glück war das Wetter schön! Von der Qualität vom Frühstückbuffet war ich etwas enttäuscht, habe mir von einem Jufa Hotel in der Steiermark erwartet, dass die Eier nicht von einem Bodenhaltungsbetrieb kommen. Personal im Service und der Küche waren nicht unfreundlich aber unter Gastfreundschaft verstehe ich etwas anderes. Sehr ernst, kein bis wenig Lächeln. Die Damen an der Rezeption und das Reinigungspersonal in den Zimmern waren sehr herzlich und bemüht.

Gemütliches Hotel inmitten herrlicher Berglandschaft! Zuvorkommender und freundlicher Service, gutes Essen mit vielfältiger Auswahl und sehr saubere Zimmer. Toller Wellnessbereich mit Blick aus der Sauna auf den Erzberg. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Es geht um sehr angenehme Hotel zwischen den Bergen, alle Dienste im Hotel waren im Ordnung, die Zimmer sind gut augestattet. Auswahl im Frühstücksbufet und Abendessenbufet war genügend. Wir können diesen Hotel als der Ausgangspunkt für die Touristik im ganzen Jahr oder für die Wintersporte empfehlen.

Toller Ausblick und schönes Zimmer, aber leider fand eine Hochzeit statt und es wae die ganze Nacht über sehr laut, auch war die Wiese rund ums Haus nicht gemäht, der Spielplatz entweder defekt (Rästselrallye!) oder eher mangelhaft. Ich hätte mir da mehr erwartet, als Jufa Kinderhotel. Sauna war wieder super. Pool fehlte.
