Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in dem Hotel und sehr zufrieden bis auf die Tatsache, dass dieses Mal die Badezimmertüre kaputt gewesen ist und niemand vor Ort für die Reparatur im Hotel während dem Wochenende war - ziemlich ärgerlich zudem dieser Schaden bestimmt schon vor längerer Zeit entstanden ist. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstücksbuffet mehr als ausreichend und die Lage ist für Wanderungen ideal! Für Kinder gibt es indoor und outdoor Spielmöglichkeiten. Unser Zimmer war relativ groß mit top Aussicht auf den Erzberg.

Beim Einchecken fühlt man sich angekommen, sehr freundliches Personal bei der Rezeption, Service und in der Küche, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr gut, einmal hatten wir kein Buffet, da zu wenig Leute im Hotel waren, man konnte aus 2 Hauptspeisen wählen und es war wirklich sehr sehr gut. Den vorderen Bereich zum Essen fanden wir besonders gemütlich da er so klein war mit sehr schöner Aussicht, auch die anderen Bereiche waren gemütlich und schön dekoriert. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber super gemütlich mit tollem Ausblick, mit einer Sauna, Infrarot und Dampfbad alles was man braucht und sogar einer Teebar. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen es herrscht eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, auch aufgrund des freundschaftlichen Teamgeists der Angestellten, was wir als positiv hervorheben möchten. Alle Mitarbeiter, Rezeption, Services und Küche haben sich so bemüht und die Gäste sehr gut betreut. Es gibt auch einen gratis Parkplatz. Das Hotel beherbergt manchmal auch Schulklassen, das muss man sich bewusst sein, uns hat es den einen Tag nicht gestört.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön in der Berglandschaft eingebettet. Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Service war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen (Buffet) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

sehr schönes nettes Haus mit guter Verpflegung und angenehmen kleinen Spa Bereich Das Jufa liegt direkt an der den ausgedehnten Langlaufloipen der Eisenerzer Ramsau. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ideal für Familien mit Kleinkinder, ein sehr gut eingerichteter Indoor- Spielbereich ist vorhanden.
