Rimeligt godt ophold. Kun koldt vand om morgenen, så træls bad. Åbenbart ikke unormalt for stedet da der i receptionen var et skilt på 3 sprog, som fortalte de godt vidste det.

Herrlicher Blick auf die Wartburg. Das Stadtzentrum und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen. Zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Auch für Speisen und Getränke ein Lob.

Dieses Hotel liegt direkt am Waldrand, von dort geht man in ca. 20 Minuten einen schönen, aber auch teils sehr steilen Weg hoch zur Wartburg. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen, man darf nicht anspruchsvoll sein bei den Zimmern. Knarrende Bodendielen haben ihren Charme, ein glühend heißes Rohr trotz abgestellter Heizung und geöffnetem Fenster machte das Schlafen in der Nacht beinahe unmöglich. Das Personal macht aber vieles wieder wett. Das Frühstück bietet einiges, aber leider nicht für jeden Geschmack. Aber es ist okay.
