Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.Sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Wir hatten eine Panne und haben sofort eine super freundliche Dame am Telefon gehabt und sofort ohne gross zu zögern hat sie uns ein Zimmer angeboten und uns ausreichend beraten.

Das Lutherhotel Eisenacher Hof bekommt von uns die Schulnote 6. Unser Hotelzimmer im Eisenacher Hof war sehr, sehr schmutzig und heruntergekommen: 1) Staub, Schmutz und Wollmäuse: Stühle und Schreibtisch seit langem nicht mehr gründlich abgestaubt. Sofa, Tische und Kissen sehr fleckig. Alle Stühle, aber auch Tische und Kommoden wasserfleckig (teils alte Flecken, teils frische Glasrandflecken der letzten Gäste). Schwarzer, öliger Dreck am Fenster und auf den Fensterbänken. Keine einzige textile oder hölzerne Oberfläche im Zimmer fleckenfrei. 2) Fußabdruck auf dem Sofa vom Personal oder voherigen Gästen 3) Kinderbeistellbett innen extrem versifft. Außerdem Kissenbezug und Decke fürs Kinderbett ungebügelt, vielleicht nicht einmal frisch gewaschen. 4) Kalk- und Schmutzränder im gesamten Badezimmer: Vor allem an Armaturen, am gesamten Fußboden und in Zahnputzgläsern. 5) Möbel und Einrichtung sperrmüllreif: Oberflächen von Schreibtisch, Sofatisch, Stühle und Nachtische stark verkratzt und angeschlagen. Ebenso die Geländer im Treppenhaus. Eine Abdeckung für den Rolladengurt fehlte, die andere kaputt. 6) Frühstücksraum unhaltbar: Baufälliger Kinderstuhl (Verzapfung an den Füßen war komplett aufgebrochen), Kronleuchterbirnen fast gänzlich kaputt. Saftgläser und Müslischalen mit Sprüngen. Personal hat zwar alle Mängel aufgenommen, aber mit Verweis auf Hotelleitung keine Abhilfe schaffen können. Hotelleitung war trotz Rückrufzusage und Erinnerungsmail bis heute nicht persönlich erreichbar. Wir haben alle Mängel mit Fotos dokumentiert. Die Zustände im Eisenacher Hof waren so unterirdisch, dass wir davon abraten, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten oder im Restaurant zu essen. Die Echtheit aller guten Bewertungen hier im Forum bezweifeln wir.

Das Frühstück war lecker und die Auswahl hervorragend. Die Zimmer dem Motto gerecht, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und der Service, Preis, Leistung wäre super.alles in allen war ich sehr zufrieden.
