The location is very convenient, and the hotel entrance is within the airport building. The room has a peculiar smell, which feels like burning. The walls and the bedside are not very clean. The noise is relatively loud, with corridor noise on one side and airport noise on the other. The service efficiency is low and the attitude is bad. There were 6 of us together, and we booked rooms separately. The front desk had to handle it for us together, and it took more than half an hour for 6 people. The front desk was not clear about the work process and had an arrogant attitude. My order included breakfast, but she said it didn't. I couldn't see the order because my mobile phone signal was not good at the time, so I paid for another one. Later, I opened the order to check and confirmed that it included breakfast. I went to the front desk for a refund the next day. From the first minute, I was told three times that I had to pay a city tax of 4.5 euros, and I didn't say whether I would pay it when I checked in or checked out. I was asked to pay one by one half an hour later. Because the front desk wanted to check us in together, the space was very small, and we stood very crowded (but no one exceeded the fence range of the front desk). The front desk was very rude and asked a colleague to stand further away, saying that we could see the private information on the front desk computer screen from our position.
