We booked a vacation at this hotel and encountered three issues that were completely ignored despite repeated complaints. They initially promised a refund but then retracted and offered no compensation. The issues were: We came with young children, and the pool was out of service without any prior notice or reasonable alternative. They directed us to a pool at another hotel 10 minutes away. The food selection was very limited. Some family members are vegan, and there was absolutely nothing suitable for them. The pillows were terrible, making it impossible to sleep. They didn’t provide any reasonable replacement. We left a night early and received no refund for the unused night or compensation for the inconvenience. Do not go. A shocking waste of money, effort, and time.

This is our no. 1 favorite hotel in Israel. Lovely comfy big rooms. We take the mini suite which has a very large living room lots kitchenette equipped with an office fridge under the counter, kettle and microwave and sink. The hotel domestic service is fantastic and they are very responsive. Cleanliness is top notch! And the breakfast is second to none in Eilat!!

The hotel discriminates against a very large part of its guests by not broadcasting channel 14 which is the second channel in the State of Israel. The hotel management lies and claims that this is a temporary malfunction, even though I have seen many postings on social networks in the last year..

Très bonne expérience ! Au début on nous a donné une chambre qui nous plaisait pas trop et nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur odaya à la réception qui a fait le nécessaire pour nous changer et informer sa manager ayelet qui a transformé notre séjour en un séjour de rêve. Dès qu’elle a su que c’était mon anniversaire elle m’a surclassé dans une suite plaza avec jacuzzi . Nous avons vraiment profité à fond du séjour la bas. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et abondant ! Hôtel placé au début de la promenade donc c’est top! Je recommande !!! Merci ayelet et odaya ❤️

From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. Ahuva and Alon were incredible and our suite was amazing. The views are magnificent. The pool is gorgeous, and the food was better than as advertised. We enjoyed the spa, sauna and a very professional massage. Can’t wait to come back again!
