location and facilities are very family friendly. great community and facilities. WARNING #1: unfortunate the wifi is very poor. WARNING #2: Deposit refund requires a credit card PIN, first time I encountered this requirement during my travels. Other vendors and services (eg: car rental) did not require credit card PIN to refund. Very unfortunate I had to forfeit my deposit refund this way. Will think very carefully about booking in future.

Had a pleasant leasure here. There r some activities like mini golf, tennis, swimming pool, playground, etc .. my kids r happy here. 🩵

We stayed at this amazing park on our way to Townsville. Wow what a park. Plenty of activities for kids and the park is very clean and safe. The amenities were being upgraded when we were there so that made it a little difficult but nothing to complain about. Luckily we were able to get an ensuite site for our van which was so good There are lots of cabins at the park and even though the park is next to the main freeway you dont really hear the noise. Would def recommend and we will be back

So clean and quiet. Really catered for myself and son who was in Brisbane for speech therapy (9yrs). We stayed for three weeks. Loved every moment. Staff are amazing, kind and helpful. Pool and mini golf for those long evenings. We will definitely be back. Thanks a million .

Unfortunately we come right in the midst of the cyclone however communication was amazing as to what we were to expect. We loved the pool was sad it had closed once we started gettijg warnings of the cyclone but we totally understand! We did have to buy lots of spray etc to try and get rid of the ants. But definitely would recommend a stay and would stay again hopefully without a cyclone next time 😆

My young son and I stayed in the adorable Airstream glamping caravan “Betsy”. The enclosed outdoor area was absolutely stunning, offering a private and peaceful area to relax, eat meals and socialise. The generous turfed area was perfect for my toddler to play in and the enormous outdoor TV felt like we were at the movies. The airstream van was full of retro character and felt incredibly cozy, like we were really camping. The private bathroom was a luxury, with beautiful facilities to use. My son loved the large spacious pools, where we spent most of our time. All in all the staff, garden, facilities and rooms and BHV were 10/10.

Very expensive and we had very bad experience . first of all there is no house keeping for stay less than 7 days. They dont have smart TV and there is no chrome cast. And they dont lishen to any request. Morning staff before 12AM is very rude. Zero customer service. The matress and bed very old . its like you are sleeping on springs. Very uncomfortable. The shower drainage was blocked and flooded when we shower. Will never book again. Very disappointed we waste our money and we were very uncomfortable.
