we like: - very nice and profesional staff - reception, restaurant, spa - good wine tasting choice - hotel position - large parking ( outdoor!) place - big outdoor warm pool we dislike: - wine & spa hotel with families with very young children - should be adults only - dogs in hotel, even at restaurant - definitly for us no go - you cant order at dinner restaurant a glas of wine which you drink before 25 m near at wine tasting place - reduced wine options which is incomprehensible Hotel interior need a big refreshment, generaly interesting ( wine spa) chain concept but should rethink how to organize. They want to have everything: wine, spa, adults, children, dogs - too many different interests. -

Wir hatten eine fantastische Prestige Suite im Loisium Steiermark, die ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde. Der Wellnessbereich ist Geschmackssache; wir brauchten ihn im Hochsommer nicht. Service und Essen waren ebenfalls hervorragend.

Nach der Enttäuschung bei der Weinbank in Ehrenhausen waren wir hier in der Vino Thek und waren restlos begeistert alles perfect. Freundliche Begrüssung ,kompetente Staff ,Gute Weine und Gute Speisen...was will mann mehr einfach nur zum weiter Empfehlen .... Wir kommen wieder !!!!!!

Sehr freundliches Team,wirklich schöne Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick und super Frühstück! Sehr angenehmer Wellnessbereich und gemütliche Liegen. Schade nur das es wenig geführte Aufgüsse gibt. Das Abendmenü war auch erstklassig. Wir werden sicher im Sommer wieder kommen!

Zu Silvester kein Warmwasser. Der Spesesaal schmuckos und ohne Tischtücher, Mesamäßig. Trotz des gehobenen Preis gab es kein Käsebuffet. Der Badebwereich war sehr dürftig, ohne WC. Das Personal an der Spabar war für den Gast niemals sichtbar. Küche war sehr gut.

Leider war der Aufenthalt im Loisium Südsteiermark eine Katastrophe. Schon seit dem Anreisetag und weitere 5 Tage gab es kein Warmwasser im Hotel. Weder im Spa Bereich noch in den Zimmern. Gott sei Dank waren die Pools noch warm. Aber ganz ehrlich, das Hotel ist ein alter Bunker der außen hübsch renoviert wurde aber von innen wie die Pathologie eines Krankenhauses aussieht. Von der Rezeption an bis hin zum SPA Bereich ziehen sich tannenfärbigen grünen Fliesen und sonst wirkt auch alles in die Jahre gekommen. Im SPA Bereich gibt es ein Becken, kein Whirlpool, eine einzige Toilette pro Geschlecht und auf den Liegen (die schon seit 07:00 in der Früh alle reserviert sind) fühlt man sich wie Sardinen. Dem Kellner an der Hotelbar würde mal ein Benimmkurs gut tun - so etwas wie dieses Verhalten habe ich selten erlebt - dass ich sogar gerne das Hotel verlassen habe und extern essen gegangen bin. Das Rezeption-Personal war sehr bemüht die Vorfälle zu kaschieren und ist uns auch beim Preis bzgl. den Mängeln entgegen gekommen, jedoch werde ich dieses Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht mehr besuchen.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, in allen Abteilungen. Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber. Der Sauna und Spa Bereich waren einwandfrei und jeder konnte seinen Platz finden. Das Outdoor Pool war sehr gut temperiert und hat eine Länge von ca. 30 Metern. Das Restaurant hatte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Die Speisen ( Menü oder kleine a la carte Karte ) war in der Qualität und Zubereitung sehr gut. P.S. Ein Kalbs -Wienerschnitzel soll - MUSS - in der Pfanne in Butterschmalz zubereitet werden und NICHT in der Friteuse!! LEIDER Herzlichen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt.
