Résidence très belle et bien située, personnel accueillant et sympas, parking en sous sol gratuit, aux places exiguës. Appartement 2 pièces 4/5 personnes en bon état, mais attention à la propreté, l’alèse du lit double était tachée et l’avons fait changé. Que des lits de 140, et pour cause, la chambre est très petite avec un manque cruel de rangement. Pas assez de vaisselle qui implique de faire tourner souvent le lave-vaisselle, dommage pour la consommation d’électricité et d’eau… Le plus gros bémol est l’absence de climatisation, qui rend les nuits difficiles par fortes chaleur comme nous avons eu lors de notre séjour

Les + : la localisation proche du centre d'Eguisheim, la piscine chauffée, le charme de la résidence, le parking en sous sol, la possibilité de commander du pain et des viennoiseries. Les - : chambre et salle de bains très petites, coin cuisine peu fonctionnel (couverts rangés en hauteur), difficulté à trouver la place de parking (numérotation illogique pour quelques appartements).

nous avons réservé 4 nuits en mai , la résidence est très propre, garage en sous-sol pour les voitures, une piscine que nous n'avons pas utilisée mais qui a le mérite d'être là. Le studio était suffisant, literie (canapé) confortable, cuisine équipée comme il faut. c'est une adresse que nous gardons pour un éventuel autre séjour.

La permanenza in questo residence è iniziata male. Arrivo dopo l'orario di apertura della reception e vado a ritirare le chiavi in una cassaforte nella struttura principale. L'appartamento a me assegnato era sporco e non lo avevano ripulito per me con lenzuola e asciugamani in terra. Dopo vari tentativi riesco a mettermi in contatto con l'assistenza e dalla stessa cassaforte mi fanno prendere un'altra chiave. Appartamento poco pulito, copridivano con polvere esagerata, assenza di carta igenica (il giorno seguente mi hanno dato 2 rotoli per 5 persone per 4 giorni!!!) e porta rumorosa che per chiuderla bisogna sbatterla con forza.. La mattina seguente alla reception faccio presente tutto il disagio affrontato e i difetti della stanza, mi viene detto di fare una mail di reclamo. La struttura è carina ma poco curata. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è male ma io non ci tornerò più!

Une belle découverte !
Excellent weekend en famille dans l'appartement 124. Accueil agréable par une superbe réceptionniste , l'appartement était très propre et tout confort pour une famille de 6 personnes. Chauffage allumé en arrivant dans l'appartement cest un + agréable. Serviettes et linge de lit fournis , kit avec produits , éponge , lavettes et 5 pastilles lave vaisselle fournis également. Torchons fournis également. La vue sur la piscine est vraiment magnifique , pleins de sorties et visites / activités à faire autour ! Nous reviendrons avec hâte ! Famille Cinieri .
