Mariandl im Oberwirt

I visited the hotel to spend a relaxing evening at the "Gerner Dult" fair. The hotel is ideally located for this, right at the entrance to the fair. The hotel has a parking deck, so parking is also easy. The hotel is ultra-modern, featuring a mix of old and new, which I really liked (for example, the fact that the original roof beams are visible in the room). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern, and very comfortable given its size. I would stay at the hotel again anytime.

War nun schon das 4. Mal hier und es war wie immer perfekt. Das ich mit Hund reise ist der Park direkt daneben ideal.

The room smelled of smoke, the breakfast was very poor (especially for the price), and €170 for two people/one night was more than excessive. There was noise from the street at night (noisy teenagers around 2:30 a.m.). The breakfast room was uncomfortable. We won't be back.

Beautifully appointed hotel rooms and extremely friendly staff. We felt very comfortable. The sauna is also cozy. The ambiance and value for money are perfect. We'll definitely come back and let you pamper us. The restaurant is superb.

We booked a room at the Mariandl for a wedding. First of all, I'd like to commend the two young ladies at reception; they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Regarding the apartment, there are a few things that could and should be improved. We only stayed for two nights, so it's not a problem if our jackets are hanging over the chair, as there's no coat rack at all, let alone hooks, even though there's plenty of space. The same goes for the bathroom. The open glass windows also took some getting used to, as you could see inside, which was very unpleasant. The value for money for the breakfast is simply poor. Since we've stayed in a lot of hotels, we can compare them well. For €15.50, I expect a fantastic breakfast. It was a completely standard selection, nothing more. I know there are staff shortages everywhere, but if a bride and groom reserve a table for 20 people in the morning, it should work out. I had to remind the waiter in the morning, and they quickly put a few tables together because they'd forgotten. Since the rooms and breakfast are quite expensive, it absolutely corresponds to the real service :-(
