The room was filthy! Chairs stained with ???
The bathroom reeked of urine it was all over the toilet seat and back wall.

I booked two rooms. One was within my expectations for Days Inn. The other room had a non working toilet ... it wouldn't flush. There was water all over the floor.
A call to the desk produced a promise to have someone "come look." There were no other rooms available, and I couldn't find one at another reasonably close hotel.
No one came, even after two more calls and a visit to the front desk. The desk agent just apologized, and said no one was available.
The next morning, I asked for a refund from the morning desk agent. I was told that he can't do that, but he would pass it along to his boss. This was unacceptable after applying even the most lenient standards. A full day later and I have yet to hear a whisper.
NO ONE SHOULD BOOK A ROOM HERE.

In need of updating. Not at all like the picture on the website. Look like that was taken when it first opened!! Now it is old!! The stuffy smell when I walked in to register should have been my warning! Will NOT return.

We had requested an upper floor and were give a room in the old and tired out building on the ground floor. The entire building needs renovating and this was not worth the money given the better, nicer hotels in the immediate area. Don't waste your money if you want a decent stay.
