唐龍管家服務熱情周到，開車帶我們遊烏蘭山，找土撥鼠，烏蘭山滑草不排隊，看了太極圖，也看了北斗星就是晚上停電了，沒有路燈太黑了，一個人都不敢出來看銀河

位置無可挑剔，在景區裏面，可以直接坐酒店纜車去各個遊玩的項目地點，衹是天公不作美，我們到酒店下午就開始遇上大風大雨，吹了整整一晚上，幸好有唐龍管家風裡雨裏接送，看到我們人多主動送了一箱水來，太貼心了，還幫我們去餐廳點菜冒着大雨送過來，太感謝了，服務滿分

住宿環境和衞生不能因為在景區就降低要求吧，這是內蒙全程第二貴的住宿了，2800的價格衹得到了一間形狀是蒙古包的普通房間。衞生狀況差，花灑上還夾着頭髮，沙發臟的不能再臟了，顏色灰濛濛的。最離譜的是，衞生間不給腳墊，居然還寫着嚴禁把毛巾浴巾墊在地上。於是洗完澡整個衞生間都濕漉漉的，孩子差點摔跤！不得不説管家唐龍很不錯，帶我們看日落，送我們去玩各種項目，還一直提醒我們注意下雨，所以服務是5分，其他真的不行。全程最差的酒店，還沒有民宿乾淨。

酒店位置的選擇很是驚艷，正對界河的九曲婉蜒，坐在陽台上，無論是落日降下餘暉，亦或清晨霧靄繚繞，更有夜間銀河繁星，都能久坐心靜，沉醉自然的美麗壯觀，酒店匠心打造！
管家小賈事無鉅細，始終安排妥妥的，熱情洋溢！讓入住，餐飲，滑草飛索等活動，一切安排就緒。

風吹草地現牛羊，烏蘭山的環境非常好。感覺在天地之間，推薦這個蒙古包，可以看養眼的大草原和天上的繁星，距離篝火晚會和餐廳也很近，比較方便。房子住着很乾凈，還可以見到可愛的土撥鼠，入住後有全程的管家接送到景區內的遊樂設施，唐龍攜程管家的服務還不錯，除了及時接送，景點的遊玩和觀景安排的恰到好處，贊。
