其他方面都很好，入住體驗也不錯，但是走的時候落下了充電器，溝通後同意郵寄給我，提出快遞到付，我覺得也很正常可以接受，但圖片確認多次還是寄錯了，還振振有詞這不是義務，只是幫忙而已，能寄給我就不錯了，講真這種服務態度有點不能接受。幾個月過去了也沒把我的充電器寄給我。

房間很乾凈 烤全羊好好吃🤤 也很大衹 廚師好厲害👍， 在這個美麗的大草原上住一晚蒙古包 晚上看星空 感覺很舒服很治癒 自由 一望無際的大草原上 自由自在的哈哈。羨慕草原上的牛羊馬。

蒙古包的位置是在草原上，位置比較好找，因為來之前計劃好就要住在草地上一夜，所以做好了最壞的打算會有蟲什麼的，但實際入住後比想象中好很多，物品齊全，建議來呼倫貝爾要有一夜這樣的享受，畢竟只是一種特殊的住宿體驗.我們用餐後圍着外部轉了一下，山上還有羊羣，還有馬，山上有敖包，落日很美，對面就是濕地（另外有點酒量的夥伴，真的建議在這裏吃上點肉喝上點小酒舒服的很，用餐期間還有蒙古族歌曲可以聽，勞累的心靈有了放空）一切都是值得的～ 晚上還有篝火，跟着玩很開心，熱情洋溢，感受草原，可以看煙花放煙花真的很好，開心～

夏天住過體驗很好，這次從阿爾山往北看秋景還住這裏，環境好就在草原上、衞生乾淨、設施完善，房間內空調暖風很足、熱水供應是沿路很好的一家。朋友很喜歡，推薦！
