在額爾古納這個酒店應該算很不錯的了，就硬件水平來説勉強算4星標準，但是印象最深的是該酒店的服務很熱情，前台的攜程客服小鑫主動幫忙提行李到房間，還給小朋友贈送了專用拖鞋和洗漱用品，離開時也主動搬行李上車，就服務質量而言能夠到5星水平。下次來額爾古納還會選擇該酒店。

房間收拾的很乾凈，睡一晚特別舒服。最驚喜的是前台辦理又快又熱情，還提醒我們這裏早晚温差大多帶個外套。這裏停車方便，酒店位置很好。值得推薦。

酒店品質在當地還算不錯，第二晚入住室韋簡直一言難盡。贈送了一次性用品，並且在房間安排了牛奶。酒店對面有停車場，還算方便，提前聯繫了前台有專人過來幫忙拎行李！員工服務還不錯！好評！

在攜程從來沒寫過差評，這次必須説説。房間設定非常差勁，窗外的景觀讓人無語。晚上沒有熱水洗澡，給前台打電話讓我們理解一下？服務太一般了。第二天早餐，居然讓我們用塑料袋打包，也是醉了。
