We hadden voor twee personen het oudejaarsarrangement geboekt. Alles bij elkaar twee overnachtingen, diners en ontbijt voor 669 Euro. Iets wat niet écht goedkoop te noemen is. Het diner was ver beneden pijl het bestond uit een doorbakken zeer klein reeënbiefstukje met als groente één gepoft tomaatje, één stukje nagenoeg rauwe paprika, één mini maiskolfje, één klein stukje courgette. Een pluspunt de los bijgeleverde frietjes waren oké. Het personeel was niet betrokken en deed haar kunstje en daarmee af. De oudjaarsavond was slecht georganiseerd waardoor het al om 09.00 uur gedaan was met de pret. Ook hier was het diner ver beneden de maat. Bij de koffie kregen we een ijskoude oliebol geserveerd. We hebben er maar niets van gezegd, maar dachten er het onze van. De kamer was buiten dat deze stoffig was (bedlampjes en luxaflex op de badkamer) redelijk te noemen. Maar een koelkastje ontbrak. Op de kamer lag een folder met de een artikel over "Bourgondisch genieten" bij Fletcher in Eerbeek op de bijgaande foto stond een hamburger afgebeeld. Toen viel het kwartje.............. Jammer want de locatie is best mooi, maar voor ons geen boekingen meer bij Fletcher in Eerbeek

Room and shower where small, some things had bad maintenance but not to noticable like many hotels. Breakfast itself was decent. But the organisation was straight up bad. When we came down staff was chatting with reception. Several things were gone from breakfast. It took 20+ minutes to refill. When eggs and beacon where finally refilled it looked like it was already ready in the back for over an hour. Cheese and ham looked like it was not fresh anymore. Some things weren't refilled at all like butter. Cheers to the 1 guy working in overdrive to give the guests the best breakfast possible in the current situation.

Het is een mooie locatie / omgeving. Kamer was netjes. Ontbijt oké, maar niet overdreven. Bediening was redelijk tot goed.

Prima hotel
Prima hotel. Nette, schone kamer, goed bed.
Fijne inloopdouche.
Het enige dat ik miste was een föhn op de kamer.
Goed restaurant.
Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Schimmel voor 160 euro per nacht
Mooie ligging van het Hotel. Voor het inchecken vroegen ze ons een uur eerder uit te checken ivm drukte. Erg gastvrij is dit niet. We zijn hier niet mee akkoord gegaan. Kamer was ok maar badkamer zat vol schimmel. Erg jammer als je 160 euro per nacht betaald.
