No hassle on check-in, though I had three rooms reserved and they didn't realize that one was reserved with a different last name. No problem though. Seemed odd that they had us each on a separate floor. The hair dryer in my daughter's room did not work, but they provided her with a portable one when she came down to the front desk with wet hair. Food was good, but I wish that skim milk was available. My bed seemed rather hard and the pillows were too big and lumpy. This is a very convenient location, but I'm glad we only needed to stay one night. Wifi was difficult to connect to - pure directions at desk and contradictory (incorrect) directions in the room.

This hotel was super clean, the staff was very friendly, and rooms were so nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Natalie at the front desk was super courteous when checking us in for our stay which we went from a one night stay to a two night stay since the hotel was so nice. The breakfast had a great hot items selection also and they kept refilling the selections.

Chose this hotel because of proximity to SIUE and cost. Definitely found the property to be a bargain. Hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. The coffee maker was actually enclosed in plastic. I liked this detail as I sometimes worry about the cleanliness of those. No reason to stay anywhere else. Easy check-in. Didn't have the opportunity to eat breakfast or interact with staff.

Wonderful place to stay!! Staff are great!! Fresh fruit for breakfast was fantastic!! Clean, well maintained establishment!! Highly recommend, we will be back!
