I paid online, and another room charge was charged to me, which was refunded after negotiation. However, when I paid the room charge through the hotel, I found that the hotel front desk was $20 cheaper than Ctrip, which was more than 100 RMB!

Terrible customer service
The carpet was wet in my room. I told the front desk, when i noticed it (wet sock), about 30 minutes after I was in it. She just said "thank you for letting us know, we will look at it after you check out". No offer to change my room, nothing. I told the man at the desk in the morning, and he agreed I should have been offered another room. Said he would speak to her. Also the soft water is awful, tastes oily. I could not drink it, not even as coffee. They did not offer me a receipt, and when I called after I got home, they wouldn't email me a copy. After I said I would give a bad review, she asked me for my email.

The heating/cooling system sounds like it’s ready to explode, traffic noise all night, noise from above and beside, I’m getting discouraged with booking through *******, I think hotels give you the worst room through third party booking. I’m always beside an elevator, ice machine or laundry room.

Great little hotel! Stopped for a
Night driving through .. staff super friendly and helpful (even escorted my elderly mother to the car as it was icy and I had the bags). Breakfast was good and room very clean and spacious. Would not hesitate to recommend!
