Kaya’ya iş toplantısı için geldiğimde talihsiz bir durum yaşadım ve acil olarak pedikür + kalıcı oje hizmeti almam lazımdı. İmdadıma otelin içerisinde yer alan Kub&Kut Kuaförden Ece Hanım yetişti. Yardımsever ve misafirperver tutumunun yanı sıra işini titizlikle yapıyor. Gelin ve herkese gözünüz kapalı önerin, pişman olmazsınız.🙏🏻

A wonderful stay at a lovely hotel. The decor is calm and serene, with subtle music to enhance the experience. All staff very friendly and happy to help with all your needs. The hotel was quiet (May) we almost had the pools to ourselves.! And the weather was still glorious. I would say, with a keen eye for detail, some minor work needs doing, rusty railings, a fresh coat of paint, speedier room service, broken chandeliers, usb ports would have been nice, dead trees removed, Apple Pay option, All this would bring the hotel to an exceptional standard, but didn’t necessarily detract from our stay. The pools were cold, the children didn’t like to go in which was a shame as they usually won’t get out of the pool, but perhaps we’d be thankful for the cold when the higher temperatures hit.. Thank you so much to Aj in the hairdressers who spent time bringing my hair back to its lovely shiny self. (Cash required) Much appreciated, thank you so much!
