20 Temmuz tarihinde ailemizin yanına 2 günlüğüne tatile geldik.21 Temmuz günü kızımız su kaydırağından kayarken aniden havuzun içinde bir kişiye çarparak burnunu kırdı.Kızımız 11 yaşında yukarıdan iki kere bakarak kaydığını ve kimse olmadığı için kaydığını belirtti fakat kaydıraklı havuzda hep birileri olduğundan birisi oraya kaydırağa oturmuş.Burada ki en büyük sıkıntı cankurtaranların içeride olması ve kimseyi uyarmamaması ve söylediğimdede biz herkese bakamayız cevabını aldım o an can havliyle hiç biriyle uğraşmadım yoksa hiçbirinin yanına bırakmazdım Allah’a havale ettim aklınız varsa çocuğunuzu böyle güvenliğin sıfır olduğu bir yere bırakmassınız.Aşağıda kaydıraklı havuzlarda uygulama kuralları yazan bir fotoğraf bırakıyorum isterseniz inceleyin

Manzara hariç herşey berbat.
Temizlik sıfır,bakımsız,odada klima bozuk 3 sefer aradık gece anca personel gonderdiler.
Yerden ısıtma var gerek yok dediler ama oda çok soğuktu gece donduk.Banyo suları buz gibi.
Rutubetten leş gibi kokuyor havuz alanları.
Restoranda kahvaltı çok kötu kediler dibinizde yemek yiyorsunuz.

Berbattttttt Temizlik hijyen kurallarına uymuyor Tesisin her yerinde onlarca yüzlerce kedi var Restoranın içinde yemeklerin arasında servis kısmında her yerde kedi var Yetkili ile görüşmek İstediğimizde yetkili yok Sadece açık büfe restoran alanını kapıları kapatılsın içeri girmesin önerisini bile çözemediler. Sorunla gidip çözümü kendimiz sunduğunda bile süreci yönetmediler. Manzarası doğası güzel ama hijyenik olmadığı için asla gelinmez

Das Jura Hotels Altınoluk Termal sieht nur auf den Bildern gut aus. Das Zimmer war in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Das Restaurant und das Essen waren ungenießbar, und die Hygiene ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht und bezahlt. Nachdem wir abends angekommen und eingecheckt hatten, sind wir am nächsten Morgen ausgecheckt und in eine andere Unterkunft weitergereist. Die bezahlten drei Nächte wurden uns trotz Versprechen und mehrmaligem Nachfragen bis heute nicht zurückerstattet. Absolut das schlechteste Hotel, das ich je gebucht habe.
