Well-priced, clean, friendly and secure, but room 104 smelled of smoke and needed some love. Ample, well-lit parking. Pinto Bean restaurant across the street is very good. Located 30 minutes from some of the best fishing in the world. I suggest checking room for smell of smoke before checking in.

Overall, the place is not bad. The problem is that that bed was only slightly softer than the floor. Other than that, the place was nice and the location was great.
