This is a B&B, not a hotel. It's nothing compared to the Ramada hotels in mainland China. I don't know why they're called Ramadas, but the facilities are quite basic. The kids wanted extra mattresses, but there were none. The two older boys had to reluctantly share a bed, and the room was quite small.

Website and receipt said breakfast included but not the case. Manager was not in so front desk called him/her and refunded us $10 per person. Otherwise the place is new and clean.

The check in was great, staff was very friendly. When we got to our room there was hair all over the bath tub with a crusty bath mat. There no ice machine on the property either.

Absolutely the best place to stay in the city with extremely friendly staff, cleanest and everything is brand new and smells wonderful.

Ran tap in the shower for 10 min just to get hot water; substandard cleanliness in the suite; very poorly stocked kichenette be prepared to bring your own dishes and cutlery; no screen on the window so be prepared to listen to the air conditioner all night long as it is located beside the bed and front desk staff were apologetic but not very helpful.

When we approached the hotel it still looked like it was under construction. We then noticed some homeless in front of the hotel. Once we checked in, we realized it had probably just opened April 1st. There was still construction dust all over the room and bathroom.
Laminate pieces in the bathroom.
