Everything was very clean and the managers were very friendly. I loved it. Highly recommended.

There were so many twisted hairs in the sheets and quilt that I couldn't pick them all up! There were also indescribable stains! We changed to another room and there were fewer hairs, but there were still a lot! There were no disgusting stains! The heater was roaring! I didn't sleep all night! What's even more disgusting is that I asked Ctrip to resolve the issue. I didn't want to ask for a refund at first, but the hotel said that I didn't report this matter when I checked out, so no compensation would be given! This is ridiculous! Didn't I report this when I asked you to change rooms that night? I was in a hurry to leave the next day, and I had to waste time reporting it to you? It was already disgusting, and they had to continue to waste our time? Ctrip handled the matter very poorly, and only said that the hotel did not agree to a refund! As a platform, shouldn't Ctrip supervise hotels? Such an obviously disgusting hotel, how can it be allowed to continue to stay on the platform? Ctrip, if you remove this hotel, I won't have to pay compensation!

Everything was fine. For the first night before the road trip, it was good.

The room is nice and the health condition is very good. There are several hypermarkets, large supermarkets and restaurants around. The boss seems to be Chinese and speaks Mandarin well. The hotel is right next to the overpass and is easy to find with the navigation.

The room is large, clean and the breakfast is rich. The bed is a bit soft
