Otel Ramada olmasına rağmen bu kadar ilgisiz personel olması. Temizlik çok kötü oda da 1 adet havlu bile yoktu istememize rağmen aşırı derecede asık surat ile getirdiler kahvaltı da patates kızartması dahi yoktu. Adeta vasat hayal kırıklığı.

Één van de slechtste hotel die ik heb kunnen ervaren. Je kunt alles van de buren horen. Spinnenwebben op plafond. Geen shampoo, handzeep en handdoeken. Ontbijt was slecht. Brood was minimaal 4 dagen oud. Bahhh

Very many disappointments, nothing was good. Despite my booking, payment and confirmation, I still had to pay again to be able to rest after a long journey. They are not cooperative. Had a very bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend it. A big disappointment. Traumatic for our entire family, very unfortunate :(

21.08.2025 gecesi rezervasyon yaptim. 2 Aile 2 ayri odada bir gece kaldik. Odanin biri temizlenmemisti. Odayi degistirdiler. Diger temiz odada banyo havlusu hic yoktu suratsiz bir bayan calisana durumu bildirdim biraz bekledikten sonra lobiyi arayip bilgi verdim daha sonra 4 kisilik aile olmamiza ve 4 kisi icin havluya ihtiyacimiz oldugunu belirtmeme ragmen 2 havlu getirdiler. Bursa‘ da Ramada otelde kaldigimdan dolayi bu sefer yolculuk öncesi Edirne‘ de Ramada Otelde kalmayi tercih ettim ama arada daglar kadar fark var. Kahvalti Ramada Otel icin kötüydü herkesin kendi tercihi ama bir daha asla kalmam

Unheimlich dreckig. Die Toiletten die Wände die Ablage am Bett nichts war geputzt. Uns wurden drei Zimmer gezeigt. Alle drei waren so. Auf das Frühstück haben wir verzichtet
