The hotel's hardware facilities are OK, the only drawback is that even the unlimited speed internet is charged, and the most important thing is that the internet is still very stuck after paying, and the signal in the room is also very poor

Please note this a 2 bedrooms flat with open plan kitchen fully furnished and carpeted. A bed for a toddler up to 3 years old is also available. If needed the lounge also has a double sofa bed. The beds in the 2nd room are bunk beds, up to 80 kgs max weight for the bed on the top. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with 2 modern lifts. For access there is a main entrance electronic fob, a bell with camera and a normal door key for the flat. For anyone driving there is a gated underground parking with 1 dedicated car space, fob and spot # to be provided upon booking confirmation. Two underground stations are within walking distance, the estate is surrounded by 4 lovely parks, many restaurants and 5 supermarkets are also within 3 minutes walk. This area is 18min away from London central Zone 1About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Great Location, Terrible Service”
I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip. While the room itself was nice and the location superb, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly two individuals from the reception team(both was indian guys), were rude and unhelpful. Despite the hotel’s policy clearly stating that room service was available, I was told repeatedly to “come down” instead of receiving the assistance I needed. My team had booked an executive room, expecting a premium level of service, but the attitude and unwillingness to help made for an unpleasant experience. For a business traveler expecting professionalism, this fell well short. Would not recommend if you value good customer service.

The owner was very nice and reserved a parking space for us. The bathroom light was broken when taking a shower, and the owner immediately found someone to fix it that night.
The fly in the ointment is that our two families booked two separate rooms. After the room introduction and reservation, they did not say that they wanted to share a bathroom. This is not the goods, and it is not our original intention, because we don't mind using a little more money to live in a better hotel.
I hope Trip.com will write clearly in the future that the accommodation will not provide.
