The owner was very nice and also reserved a parking space for us. The bathroom light was broken when we were taking a shower, and the owner immediately found someone to fix it that night.
The only drawback was that our two families booked two separate rooms, and the room description and after booking did not mention that we had to share a bathroom. This was not what we wanted, because we didn't mind spending a little more money to stay in a better hotel.
I hope Trip.com will clearly state the facilities that the accommodation will not provide in the future.

老媽從國內來英國，然後我們自己開車去倫敦，這個地理位置不錯，離地鐵站很近，走路10分鐘以內。然後可以免費停在房東的車位。需要交進城費，但不需要交擁堵費（因為沒開進市中心）。所以地理位置真的不錯，地鐵直達市中心不用換乘。退房那天房東還問要不要把車留在這裏，我們怕耽誤當天的旅客停車，所以就婉拒了，我們開車去到地鐵站的停車場，6英鎊停一整天！非常划算了！然後坐地鐵去市中心玩！
房東是一位很好的女士，住在一樓的，所有房客住在二樓，有的房行需要共享衞浴（我們的就是）。但是絲毫沒有影響，因為大家素質都挺高，而且廁所的衞生做的很好！裝修得也漂亮！很新！體驗感很好！大家注意晚上不要吵鬧，因為房東就住在樓下，所以樓上的動靜對她是有直接影響的！一切都是那麼温馨，就好像你住在倫敦的親戚家一樣！完美！

Applehouse guesthouse is a lovely accommodation
The guesthouse and room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the shower was very good. It is very close to queensbury train station on the jubilee line so a good connection to central London.
We stayed when it was very hot so needed to have the windows open, and due to the closeness to the jubilee line there was the noise of the trains, but if the windows were closed that was blocked out, we were unlucky that it was so hot for our stay.
