Nice clean motel, strategic posisition, close to the train, and supermarket. Easy to go to the centre of Sydney. Not far from the hotel a street with nice bars. After closing time reception, the key of the room available via a vault.

Best location, clean, friendly staff. Gabriel the receptionist is handsome. lol I will stay here again.

Good place to stay if you just want to sleep for a few nights.

If you cannot find another hotel then it is ok, it is very simple but it is clean. Public transportation is in walking distance. The breakfast was a lunchbox which definitely leaves you behing hungry.

I love this place so so much. I come from South East Asia, I could say that it feels like home. It’s nearby train station and supermarket. It’s very convenient. Their services were very good and helpful. It’d be recommended of all time!

Great cheap and small place. Enough place to accommodate a family with kids. Everything is clean and neat and tidy. Breakfast is simple and full of carbs 😉 bread and muesli. Thanks for the milk and hospital type jam and butter. Parking is tough but I did manage to squeeze my jolion in there. Saw a big car struggling.

The renovated room was in very good condition with good facilities including a kitchenette with microwave. Spotlessly clean. The free continental breakfast provided in the room is a nice touch. I thought it might be noisy being on a busy road, but most rooms are set back from the road, and although mine was close to the road the windows were double-glazed meaning that it was quiet. Convenient location 5 minutes walk from Edgecliff station (then just a few minutes to Sydney CBD) and Eastpoint Food Fair.

The room was pretty good and clean. The key was that the elevator worked fine when I checked in on the third floor in the afternoon. When I wanted to go out for dinner in the evening, I found that the elevator couldn't control the door, so I had no choice but to walk downstairs. After waiting, I informed the front desk that they were waiting for elevator maintenance. The elevator wasn't repaired when we got back from dinner, so we had to climb up to the third floor to go back to our rooms. Later the elevator was repaired. We stayed for three days and nothing happened. Unexpectedly, when we checked out on the fourth day, the front desk manager said that we had a lot of luggage on the day we checked in and were delayed in entering the elevator, causing damage to the elevator and asking us to compensate! This is really unreasonable! First of all, the elevator was working well when we checked in. It took us to the third floor, opened and closed the door, and it went up and down normally. Why did we break it because we discovered a problem with the elevator and informed the front desk manager? He also said there was video evidence. We asked him to provide the video and he said the video was with the elevator maintenance staff. You insist that we pay money, saying that if we don't pay, we will be sued. You ask a lawyer to ask for more money, and even the customs will not let us return to the country... It is really ridiculous! There was a problem with my elevator. Instead of apologizing to passengers, I falsely accused him of blackmail. Asking them to provide video evidence, but claiming that they were not in the hotel, is this argument convincing? ! If your hotel does not have surveillance video when someone is in the elevator, how can you ensure the safety of tourists? ! Who would dare to stay in a hotel like this? !

The service is enthusiastic, the waiters can speak Chinese, and communication is relatively easy. The room facilities are okay and clean. Although it is located on the side of the road, the sound insulation effect is good and does not affect your rest.

The hotel is some distance from the bus station, so it's pretty deserted at night. The room is quite big, but the equipment is relatively old, and there is always a strange sound all night, so don't choose it if you have a light sleeper. The waiter who checked in the night before was quite nice, but the waitress the next morning did not agree to borrow a toilet after checking out.
