We had an amazing stay with delicious breakfast, really clean rooms, extremely friendly staff and great parking facilities. I have no complaints about the place. Would absolutely book here again and would even organize my next event at Ter Elst!

De kamer was enorm vies en stonk bij aankomst. Wij wilden dit graag melden bij de receptie maar kregen 23/2 geen gehoor alsook dat de kussens niet konden worden vervangen omdat er geen op voorraad waren. In bijlage de foto's. Geen aanrader. Er was geen opvolging. We hebben nog een mail gestuurd naar de manager. Maar ook werd dit niet serieus genomen. Ik ben normaal geen schermtijger. Maar de verwaandheid van het management mag is worden neergezet. -spinnenwebben -kamer stonk naar braaksel -uitwerpsel plekken op het tapijt -schimmel op de muren en ramen
