We arrived around 6am, we waited almost 30min for someone to open the door for us. There was no air conditioning. We got bitten by bedbugs.
The cleaning man entered the room without knocking. For me this is not a 3 star hotel.

C’est un ancien Campanile mais qui n’est pas foutu d’offrir un service restauration sous prétexte qu’il y a trop de monde…on ne nous a pas proposé non plus le (trop cher) petit déjeuner… La grille de fermeture du parking offrant une relative protection dans ces zones peu sûres ne fonctionnait pas : inadmissible! L’état général de l’établissement extérieur et intérieur nécessite un sérieux coup d’entretien Photos jointes d’une moquette en fin de vie, d’une porte à changer, d’une grille de ventilation hyper sale, d’un radiateur très « crado » et d’un sachet de café utilisé mais restant dans le présentoir! Jouxtant le parc de l’hôtel se trouve un terrain dépotoir…

Personnel sympathique mais bruit la nuit au dessus de chambre à cause de locataires extérieurs à l'hôtel. Prendre le bâtiment 2 - 1 er étage sans chambre au-dessus . Les avions passent régulièrement au-dessus de l'hôtel avec une courte pause la nuit .

Hotel en perdition... Nous quittons ce mardi 6 décembre 2022 le cirque de cet hôtel mal géré aux prestations désastreuses. PAS DE WIFI DANS LES CHAMBRES Imaginez un peu LE PIRE, c'est qu'une panne (récurrente a t on appris) coupe chauffage et l'électricité la nuit : au réveil vous vous rasez dans le noir, vous vous lavez dans le froid. Ça c'était hier ! Aucune excuse pour le désagrément !!! Cette nuit tout semblait fonctionner quand au réveil.. pas d'eau chaude du tout ! Aucune excuse ni réduction à l'accueil de l'hôtel. Restauration en soirée pauvre et sans gout autour d'une carte sinistre. Seul le serveur cubain apportait une touche souriante et exotique à ce lieu flippant à déconseiller absolument.

Kyriad hôtel de Ecouan est une établissement à rénover ! Les chambres sont sombres, elle sentent la cigarette, la literie est à changer et le petit déjeuner est moyen. Pour le prix de la chambre 93€ c'est carrément du vol !

Petit hôtel, en bord d'un espace forestier. Accueil agréable. Chambre propre, calme, et agréable. Parfait pour une nuit en semaine. Seul inconvénient, la localisation de l'hôtel : pour rejoindre à pied des commerces, restaurants, il faut se déplacer assez loin, et avoir une bonne lampe torche de nuit. A défaut, l'hôtel propose une solution restaurant (que je n'ai pas testé).
