Wie immer ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr gutem Hotel in absoluter Traumlage. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sorgt für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und hat einen Traumblick auf die Ostsee. Das Frühstück war wie immer vielfältig, frisch und sehr reichhaltig. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage hier verbracht und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Hotel direkt am Strand. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich. Das Frühstücksbufett mit u.a. selbst gemachten Salaten war sehr lecker. Der Ausblick aus unserem liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick war wunderschön. Zur Fußgängerzone oder Hafen geht man ca. 15-20 Minuten. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr ruhuges Hotel direkt am Strand, Parkplatz etwas klein. Schönes Zimmer mit gutem Badezimmer, Dusche anstelle der Badewanne wäre noch besser. Gutes Frühstück mit reichhaltigem Buffet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Das Zimmer ist einfach Top, dass Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt und im August folgt der Dritte. 100% zum Empfehlen und weiter zu Empfehlen. Wir werden im August mit einer blinden Freundin und ihrem Führhund ein Dreibettzimmer nach erstklassiger Beratung beziehen.

Erst einmal das Positive zuerst: Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels, mit denen wir zu tun hatten, waren ausgesprochen freundlich und verbindlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und ansprechend präsentiert. Es gab bei allem eine gute Auswahl, so dass wirklich jede/r hier etwas Leckeres finden sollte. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, und durch die Lage am Ende des Flurs war es auch recht ruhig. Und der direkte Blick auf den Strand und das Wasser war jetzt (Dez. 24) wirklich nett. Als nette Geste stand eine Flasche mit stillem Mineralwasser zum Verbrauch auf dem Zimmer. Zwei kleine „Aber“ gab es dann aber doch. Wir fanden unser Zimmer recht klein und etwas nüchtern. Ein wenig Deko, wie z.B. noch ein nettes Foto an der Wand hätte für unseren Geschmack nicht gestört. Was aber wirklich EXTREM gestört hat war das „Gegnietsche“ des Hygienebezugs auf der Matratze. Bei wirklich JEDER Bewegung machte es so einen Lärm, dass ein erholsamer Schlaf nicht möglich war. Das haben wir so noch nirgendwo erlebt!

Overall nice visit but the check in process was a real mess. The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. We always hate it when companies put their work off on the customer. This needs to change!

Gute Lage, zentral aber doch ruhig - umfangreiches Frühstück und freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen im gesamten Haus - von Nachteil waren leider die zu weichen Matratzen im ansonsten recht anprechenden, gemütlichen Zimmer natürlich mit wunderbaren Meerblick!
