Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l'Hotel Grazia in occasione di un concerto. Di fatti, avevo selezionato Questa struttura proprio per la vicinanza strategica sia alla stazione che al palasele (letteralmente a due passi da entrambi). La stanza che mi è stata assegnata era ampia, luminosa e pulita. Infatti il cambio delle asciugamani e il rassetto Della stanza era assicurato giornalmente. Devo ammettere però che la colazione mi ha sbalordito e conquistato: un Ricco buffet sia dolce che salato. Per non parlare Della cordialità del personale: è un piacere chiacchierare con il signor Donato, sempre pronto a consigliare posti da visitare e cibi da assaggiare! Che dire, mi sono sentita a casa e ci tornerò sicuramente! Consigliatissimo!

J’ai vécu une expérience digne des photos. Très plaisante et fidèle à la promesse conclue. Hôtel kitsch, mais nous n’avons rien eu à redire sur la propreté des chambres ainsi que la salle de bain. Les femmes/hommes de chambres passaient chaque jours pour refaire notre lit et changer les serviettes de la salle de bain. La restauration était très bonne et les portions généreuse. En bref, très bonne expérience :)

Sia la direzione che tutto il personale sono stati estremamente gentili, disponibili e delicati anche e soprattutto in relazione alla disabilità fisica di mia madre. Cortesi e gentilissimi anche con mio figlio che ha scorrazzato liberamente sotto al poeticato dell’albergo. Consigliatissimo

Rapporto qualità prezzo sproporzionato ! Albergo decisamente vintage, per non parlare della cordialità di chi ci lavora . Colazione servita fino alle 9.30, siamo arrivati alle 9.35 e il signore ci ha letteralmente levato le cose davanti senza consentirci di fare colazione. Mai visto un trattamento del genere . Sconsigliatissimo !

Nice hotel for our needs. It could do with a reburbishment but was adequate and the price reflects this. Staff could be more friendly but it was difficult to communicate as I don’t speak fluent Italian. The breakfast could be better but typical of an Italian B&B. It would be beneficial to have a mini fridge in the room.

Lo abbiamo scelto perché vicino al Palasele ed effettivamente è a pochi metri dalla struttura. La stanza che ci hanno dato presenta tantissime cose che non vanno. 1. Mancava il tappo del lavandino 2. La porta scorrevole del bagno non restava chiusa e non c'era nemmeno la chiave. 3. Stanza piena di polvere 4. Mancava il frigobar (avevo dato per scontato che ci fosse) D'altra parte personale accogliente e ben disponibile. Quando ho fatto notare tutti i disservizi mi è stato applicato uno sconto... Avrei preferito pagare il prezzo pattuito ma soggiornare meglio. Sconsigliato

Hotel senza alcuna pretesa ma il cui rapporto qualità/prezzo è risultato ottimo. Pulizia assicurata e prima colazione varia e abbondante. Staff gentile e disponibile. Una menzione merita il fatto che mia moglie aveva dimenticato la borsa nella sala colazione e subito l'addetto al servizio si è premurato di metterla da parte ed attendere il nostro arrivo. Grazie
