The hotel was very clean, with excellent and kind staff. I arrived late night but they still gave me some food and drink. In the morning they checked on me to make sure I was safe as they saw that I was very tired when I checked in.

On vous réveille à 9 h 30 pour vous dire il faut libéré la chambre à 10 h00 et quand vous lui faites voir la réservation à la gouvernante et vous dit c’est pas moi c’est la direction et mon voisin pallier apparemment elle le connaît car elle lui demander à quelle heure il souhaite partir il lui répondu à 14 h donc je suis furieuse et sur ma réservation y’a marqué vous quitter la chambre à 11 h30 et la au moment où je vous parle elle discute avec la femme de ménage en disant elle bouge toujours pas non mais franchement

Horrible a Fuir ! Une odeur immonde dans les chambres et couloirs . Des barreaux aux fenêtres le quartier est tres bruyant et tres tres mal frequenté . Apres une nuit blanche j ai demandé le remboursement des deux suivantes aucun geste commercial ce dont des gens malhonnêtes je n ai pas eu de contrat rien juste mon ticket de cb . Menteurs et voleurs surtout ne pas y aller !!!

Chambre sale, hôtel dégradé en général, salle de bain sale, literie très inconfortable, odeur désagréable... A fuir absolument. Même si le personnel est polie la qualité de l'hôtel en général est vraiment médiocre.

je recommande l'établissement, personnel très accueillant et disponible. Chambre assez spacieuse, assez bon équipement, petit déjeuner correct, chambre assez bien isolé même la fenêtre ouverte (5e etage).

Voir mes précédents commentaires car l'ensemble de votre établissement est peu entretenu aussi bien la chambre housse de couette avec trous+ double rideau sale et troué+ volet ne fonctionne pas, que la salle de bains a revoir etc....

Meilleur hôtel de eaubonne chambre propre zéro bruit parfait ! Personnel très sympa femme de ménage très nia .je recommande !! Chambre spatieuse grand lit confortable. Vraiment foncer pour y dormir c’est carré
