We had a great time at the arcade, go karts and the pool. I wish there was more for 13 yr olds at the pool, beds are hard and the pillows are flat.

We spent one night at the Metropolis and the facility was very clean and the place has so much to do for families with children. The rooms are very clean and updated and we had a massive shower that made it easy to showering off both kids after they went swimming. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately we went on a Wednesday night and the water park was only partially opened (I'm guessing from staffing issues) so we were unable to enjoy the water slides and lazy river. Overall this place looks like it would be a fun stop for a few days to keep the kids busy. I also recommend checking out the Mexican restaurant just outside of the facility, it was extremely cheap and the food was fantastic.

A bit disappointing - when booking it looked like the action center was included in the reservation, but apparently not. Not worth the cost I paid without that.

It was a nice get away, only down is the other guest wasn't consider of other with the walking and jumping over people.

Great place, but noisy
The resort's attractions were great. The only down grade is that there seems to be no sound proofing in the rooms and hallways. People talking in the hallway sounded like they were yelling.
